I bought XXL per the suggested US up one size. Fits a little snug but as expected. I'm 5'6" and weigh 175. This one is for smaller chested women ladies - I was happy to find this!! My bra size is 36 B.

The fit of the nightie is really good. The blue is a little darker than I wanted it t o be. Haven't worn or washed it, so I will do an update at that time
