The actual hoop skirt we received does not match the picture. Instead of 3 hoops it has 2 and it does not tie at the waist. It was too short for my daughter who is 5â1. It has a weird tulle over it.It doesnât have a poof to it.

Not as bell shaped as the picture but still works just fine! Has elastic/Velcro and a draw string around the waist for security. Comes with a sewn in "petty coat" so it's not just the hoops. Great for cosplays or evening dress.
Crinoline for ball gowns , great choice!

Great hoop skirt!!The hoops are adjustable so you can make the skirt wide or a little more narrow depending on the dress. Super easy drawstring waist. Would definitely buy again!!
