This is a very well made petticoat compared to one we tried on before it. I'd recommend this. Comfortable elastic waist with string ties that are capped so you don't lose them into the waistband. Hoops covered with taffeta and ruffles are comfortable and concealed. Very full for a ball gown. But doesn't pop up when sitting.

Beautiful fits incredible I was going to wear under dress for halloween but costume didn't fit so made my own costume using this petti I love it!

I wear a size 20-22 US dress size. It fitted ok, I need to fix the velcro and add a button. But the skirt did stretch enough to fit. I don't think it would stretch much further than a 24 though.
