This item is so flimsy. It just rolls up into 1 big ring under your boobs.

You need to size down because it stretches out within a week or so depending on how often you wear it. Otherwise I like it. The trainer is soft, flexible, and won't leave you gasping for air, or in pain, like some of the others. The double compression is great!

Its soft and comfortable. I don't have to worry about not being able to breathe after a few hours of wearing it.

great for my back at work, but doesn't last long. I can't work out effectively with this band and it constantly rolls up. Wouldn't buy again
