This is the REAL DEAL. This is an actual GARMENT that is not your cheap Spanx, or anything that will run. This will absolutely not get runs and last years. It does fit on the small side, so please order a few sizes UP. A tip for putting this bad boy on is to do up the first few rows of hooks at the bottom, then step in and shimmy them on over your butt and hips. THEN lie down on the bed and start feeling the hooks to do them up. That way you'll be in nice and tight. Also, every few rows, go back down and feel to make sure none of the hooks have come undone, because it's easier to fix them before you've gone too far up.If you found this review helpful, click YES below.

Ok, I actually bought this over a year ago after I had liposuction. The garments the doctor provided were like the brands you buy at Target or Walmart and in no way really provided the compression/control I was looking for. This garment held in everything and really helped with swelling and making my body really come together. I honestly wish I would have continued to wear it for a full year after the procedure. However, fast forward to over a year later and I have gained weight from stress and overeating. My stomache is still nice and flat, but I started developing back fat and that is something that you just can't suck in. In any event, I started my exercise and weight loss journey and decided to pull this back out of my closet to wear with my slacks and jeans. OMG!!! I forgot how good these things make your figure look! The back fat was instantly and I mean instantly smoothed out, and my but looked freakin amazing! I immediately started pulling out those slim tops and dresses that I had been avoiding and low and behold... they fit and looked great on me! When I originally bought this I was a US size Medium (8-10) and my waist was between 29-31, and now I'm a US Large (10-12) and my waist is 30-33 on any given day. Similar to when I first bought this, I found that putting the bottom part on and laying on my back to fasten it up worked best. Last year I was able to tighen it to the second, third and eventually the fourth row of clips, but I can now only make it to the first row. However, as I loose weight, I know I have room to continue using this one and moving to the next row of clips as I get smaller. I also bought this one in the over the knee version to wear slacks and jeans. One thing to note, if you wear this with dresses and your inner thighs still touch, they will make like a rubbing sound when you walk. To fix that I wore some inexpensive thin nylon shapewear underwear that were more like stocking material, but it helped with the embarrassing sound made from my thighs rubbing together. However, please note that even with the chaffing sound, these are a must have if you've just had cosmetic surgery, or if you just want an some amazing shapewear that works better than anything I've ever tried. And believe me when I say, I've tried a lot of them over the years as I've gotten older. Some logistics about me, I'm 43, 5' 5', African-American, curvy with very thick thighs and butt and a size Medium worked perfect for me. These are a little pricey, but honestly its worth the money. Its true that you pay for what you get and these are worth it!

I bought one 4 years ago when i got bbl and tummy tuck done. I barely wanted to start wearing it again, i have the same one but shorts are shorter and were bothering my inner thighs, decided to buy this one since shorts are a bit longer. I'm 5'7 183 pounds, waist measures 38" and hips 45". got the XL the large wouldn't have fit for sure the 2xl wouldn't have been as tight but I like the XL fit

The top part was a bit big because I was told to order two sizes up. I'm a medium it's a extra large. It's a bit tight around the leg part but got my butt looking good. I will order another one soon a smaller size. It was delivered right on time. Took three days to come.

Fits like a glove on body I was barely on the first hook when I received it because it was soooooo hard to put on but I started off with the first hook & like 35mins later I was on the 3rd keep in mind this was all the same day . So this was purchased 3 weeks after my tummy tuck. I ordered according to the measurements 43 hips and 31 waist so I needed an XL. And I fit perfectly! I didn't realize how swollen my hips and thighs had gotten due to the surgery. So measure correctly. It's got 4 rows of eyes and 1 row of hooks. I was able to comfortably leave it on the first row to the inside, then when swelling went down I moved to the 2nd row.The opening to use the potty is enough, for #1&2. Also I use a diva cup for my lady days, and that was a breeze! Never been more proud of my Diva cup till that week! And I washed mine on delicate and dried on low. It didn't get damaged but it did shrink a bit, then stretched out normal about 2/3 days in. No big deal. Also put it on with the leg inseam all the way to the inside of the leg or it will not fit right. One tiny problem, the material right under my armpit was pretty loose, I had to pull the straps tight to keep it from looking too bad. All in all I loved it and it's just what I needed post op.

Purchases this item twice because they sent the wrong item to me. The garment fit the way it should but the legs rub and make noise when walking so ppl will hear you coming or know that your wearing something under your clothes.

I am a size Xs in other garments after tt and lipo and I doubt a size S would even fit me! I couldnât even reach the straps to close in the middle!! Tiny!! And also have to pay to return.

Since everyone has a hard time picking the right size the vendor sized it up for me without asking and know itâs too big.Choose your hipsize on the chart and size 1 up. That is your size.
