Good quality and definitely holds things together. The straps are a little thin but as long as they are adjusted properly it's perfectly comfortable to wear all day. Over all a good purchase

This did exactly what I wanted it to. It compressed my tummy and lifted my butt. I'm a plus size woman and ordered the 3XL. It fit wonderful. It wasnt too tight and I could definitely wear this all day and still be comfortable.

Helps with tummy control. ALOT!Only thing, of course I notice with all is the closure at the bottoms is somewhat uncomfortable.
