No quality control!

I had to return the 1st one because it was stained. I washed it hoping the stains would be removed but no. I ordered a replacement and the 2nd one has the staining as well and didn't even include the pillow covers. Ive reached out a few times to try to return these too 2nd but no reply. I was planning to use it for our upcoming vacation rental but was too embarrassed to put it on so my guest room was stuck without a duvet coverduring their stay. No quality control there apparently.

I use it in my Airbnb guest house and have received lots of praise. I will purchase other colors.
Doesnt fit insert

I want to love this duvet but it's dimensions are so off. It's constructed nicely. The black stripe is right on the edge of the duvet not an inch or so in as pictured. My biggest complaint is that no matter which way you turn the insist the sides get all bunched up. It's sewn very long and too narrow on the sides for a long sized insert. While it looks very nice the functionality is very poor. Very disappointed.

I've purchased several duvets on Amazon they were cheap and would tear as well as one that the zipper broke off. This duvet cover isn't like any of the others I have purchased. It's not made out of super light weight fabric and it's got great seems and decent fabric.

Absolutely beautiful and so soft. However there were stains on it from the black panels bleeding onto the write that washing did not remove. Also it would benefit from a middle ties as it was difficult to get the comforter in it securely without it floating around and lumpiness. I am returning because of that and especially the stains. Too bad because otherwise it would have been beautiful and so soft and for a great price. If they can fix these things it would be perfect.

I received this set a few days ago but just now opening it and inserting my down comforter. There are brown stains on one corner of the duvet cover. Very disappointed with this aspect of it because it makes me feel as if this was used despite being purchased as a new item. Other than that, the set is nice, color is vibrant and just as described.**Update** The seller quickly reached out to me regarding my concerns. I received an apology for my experience and credit for the merchandise. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and would definitely do business with the seller again!
Beautiful duvet cover, very soft

Bought these for a couple rentals that I own. They are beautiful duvet covers that are soft and great for the price. I love the grey embroidery as it adds a very nice touch to the bedroom. The only downside is that the zippers on these duvets break very easily. I have gone through a handful of them but continue to order them because I canât find anything as nice (design & quality) for this price.

The only reason Iâm giving overall 3 stars is because when I took it out of the packaging there was a discoloration down the length of the douvet. Itâs nice, soft and exactly what I wanted but super disappointing that it has the color stain.
