Am happy the day I received this vest it is very good I lost 6 inches of my waist the moment I put it on its great I work around house o can feel the sweat. The calories am burning, I have on under my clothes an no one can tell am wearing so each time I put it on I burn fat thanks guys it fits perfect for you ladies that weight 240lbs 2x would be ur fit. I don't this at all. So I got this trainer thinking it has the 3 clips inside, but I was mistaken. It doesn't. So I put it on and I don't like it. The material is very thin to train the waist or to even sweat. I am a 12/ large size. 94 cm bust and 81 cm waist. And I ordered a medium. This was snug with some room in it. And not even 5 minutes with this thing on and it started to roll on my from under, and then lifting up. I don't like it at all. Definitely don't recommend.

Very happy with item.I bought larger due to my hips, fits great in the hips,little larger in the chest and on the side. probably couldâve got a smaller size most likely will order the next size smaller in a few weeks. Makes my Stomach looks smaller sleeker and slender under clothing not uncomfortable to wear no problems with rubbing or bunching. Since itâs long enough to cover hips pants tend to slide down.
I realize these are supposed to fit tight and Iâm happy with the size I ordered as it fits great

I ordered a few sizes up than I normally wear. Usually I wear a medium in shirts but went with an XL. I realize these are supposed to fit tight and Iâm happy with the size I ordered as it fits great! Itâs comfortable to wear and definitely makes you sweat. The zipper in front makes it easy to take off and put on as well.

This is the second one I've order. The first one was for myself and second one for my mom she is a big lady.. In clothes she's large but order her an xl and for her great! She doesn't use it as often as I do so she started seen results after the 3 week.. After she's seen the results she started using more often and now she is a size smaller and we're about to order a new one for her. This well and recommend and love the results!

This worked as expected. Itâs best to buy one size smaller because it will stretch a little after use. The shoulder straps arenât made to fit snug, which is my only complaint. However, I did sweat even when I wasnât exercising. I even wear it to work. I would give it 5 stars, but the shoulder straps are loose.

My measurements fit the chart exactly. Unfortunately itâs about two and half inches away from even coming close to zipping. It has an odor out of the package which Iâm sure will fade. Also, it is a lot shorter than I expected. It would come to my waist at best. And the area around the arms and over the shoulders seemed comically large. Material is as expected though Not a good fit so it has to be returned. Will try another company.
