Too big for a small thigh--didn't notice plus size in description

This garter looks pretty in the photo, but it looked cheap out of the package. It seemed too delicate to be sturdy enough for a groomsmen toss. Bride was petite at 5'3" and 105 pounds, and we worried that the large circumference wouldn't stay up on her leg. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until it was too late that we had ordered a plus size garter!

Very flimsy and cheaply made. Also, the plus size description is inaccurate. These are tiny.

This set is super cute and simple. I am pretty small and my thighs seem a little on the smaller side... It stayed on when I tried it on. I haven't used it for the wedding yet, but I can't wait!
