Great product for the price

This was such a pleasant surprise! For the price of this duvet, it has exceeded my expectations so far. It's super soft, the white is so bright and it's pretty durable. Great product for the price
Horrible quality
Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2018
I bought this duvet cover in white and when I opened up the packaging, I was astounded by how bad the quality was. The white cover has random black/gray splotches on it, and the pillowcase had broken threads, sloppy stitching, and unfinished stitches with threads sticking out. I had to hand sow the pillowcase back together and cut off over 10 random threads off of the sides and front of the pillowcase. I was extremely disappointed in this purchase and I hope nobody has to experience how bad this duvet cover and pillowcase is.EDIT: As I was putting my duvet insert into this duvet cover, I discovered a YELLOW BLOTCH on the white duvet cover. Not only was my pillow case HORRIBLY MADE, but my duvet cover CAME WITH STAINS. The picture attached shows the stain as well as one of the gray splotches.
Great duvet set

This duvet cover set is perfect - I was looking for a true white set that wasn't see through. My insert pillows and comforter are white, and you cannot see them through the material. It's not a super heavy material, but heavier than I was expecting for the price. We will see how it holds up over time, but for now I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend if you're looking for an inexpensive duvet set. It had a few dirt marks on it when i pulled it out of the package for washing, but they came right out with a normal wash cycle.
very nice duvet set

this is a very nice duvet set. I did not use the shams, because I have standard size pillows, and they are for king-size pillows. anyway, I washed the duvet once It got here, and had a bit of trouble getting my king-size comforter into it. The dimensions on my comforter are 90X102, and I believe this is 90 X104.. so at first I had a good 6" of material loose on one end. so what I did was lay my comforter on the ground and put the duvet on top of it until the corners all were correct. Then once I inserted it, it looks nearly perfect. I say nearly, because you do get what you pay for, and $35 is a pretty good bargain, but again you get what you pay for. One side has buttons, while the other three sides are not as crisp on the edges so the comforter can wiggle around a little bit. and it is not as obvious where the creases are. this would probably be a nightmare to iron. this is perfectly acceptable for me, but I can see much more materialistic/snobby people thinking it may look "cheap". But again, it is fine for me. Getting the comforter into the duvet was quite tricky, and required much maneuvering. (I did it by myself) But it was possible :) One thing I must say though, even straight out of the packaging, it is extremely soft. And now my whole comforter is much heavier. This is definitely good for keeping you warm.
Soft and inexpensive, but be prepared for wrinkles.

I needed a sold white duvet cover for my guest room that wasn't overly expensive but was also soft, This one fit the bill. It's made with brushed microfiber so it's softer than any cotton sheets I could find at this same price point. I bought this set in the twin size and it's a great fit for the twin size down comforter I placed inside of it.The only issue with this type of fabric is that it comes out of the wash and dryer with TONS of wrinkles. I don't mean just a few here and there. If you've ever taken tissue paper and crumpled it up then tried to flatten it again, it's that wrinkled. My suggestion is if you're at all like me and don't want to iron bedding, put it through the laundry several days ahead of time before you need it for guests, then go straight from the dryer to the comforter. Make the bed up and have it set up as far ahead of time as possible and the wrinkles tend to flatten out on their own over time.If you're getting this for your own bedding, then it only matters if you do or don't want to wait out the wrinkles on your own bed. If the wrinkles end up bothering you, you probably find yourself ironing it. But for a cheap and soft duvet cover, this fits the bill!
Just what we needed, and super soft!

This duvet cover works perfectly for my daughterâs bed. She wanted a crisp, white cover for her F/Q IKEA down comforter, and this fit great, and is extremely soft, too. I do think a patterned or bright comforter would show through, as itâs not super thick, but that would generally be the case with white covers.Be aware that ours came with a zipper, not buttons, as stated in the item description, but thatâs fine. Also, it was a bit challenging to get her puffy comforter in the cover because the zipper only opens about a 2/3 section at the bottom. But for this great price, I am quite pleased!
Love this duvet cover! UPDATED: It's just okay

Just received this item today and I was pleasantly surprised. I finally took the leap after being told to never get a white duvet and I'm so glad I got this one. Super soft and super white all at a price I can't cry about if I do end up ruining it. I will say it's pretty thin; the duvet I was covering was white so there wasn't a problem, but I don't know if it would cover a darker one. Also, there was a bit of a chemical-y smell to it after I took it out, but it wasn't too strong and I'm sure washing it would get rid of it. If the quality starts to deteriorate, I'll update, but for now it's 5 stars.Update: It has been 3 or 4 months since I bought this. There has definitely been some deterioration. There are snagged threads and spots where the threads have gone so bare that there are holes. Again, I have a white duvet so you can't really see it, but it's still annoying and shows just how cheaply this is made. I'm debating getting a different, better quality duvet cover, but since I'm in college and moving out next year, there's not really a point in buying a twin sized duvet cover when I'll just get a bigger bed later. I probably wouldn't recommend this to anyone, simply because it's so cheap. I guess if it was just for show and never needed to be washed you'd be fine. Otherwise, go for a better quality one, you won't find it here.
