Quite helpful! I bought it to wear under a slim fitting dress. I usually find with spanks that whatever fat you're sucking in comes pooling out of somewhere. But I lined this right up under my bra and then onto my hips and it worked very well. Quite surprised.

Not satisfied... size up 1-2 sizes

It fit to small. I ordered XL-XXL and it felt like a medium had to really squeeze into it. i usually wear L. Sometimes XL and I was so excited, but it is way to tight and when my husband helped me with the hooks; The bottom part of one side tore... Was expecting it to fit perfectly, but it was a bit too small. I do love the design and the whole purpose of it though.

Amazing product! And very comfortable!! I’m big on waist trainers and this is very good for every day use under your clothing.

This is an excellent compression garment. It’s comfortable and easy to wear. Works beautifully as a waist trainer.
