Fits well and I know it will mold to me the more I wear it. The Tourmaline layer (red heat dots in picture) to help with weightless were BURNING hot after 1 hour of wear without a cami or cotton tank under trainer. I recommend wearing a tight fitting cotton tank under the trainer so it is not touching your skin directly. i really like this trainer but beware, it can get very hot and make your skin red and feel very hot. It helps speed up your metabolism so I'm not complaining too much lol

I actually really like this waist trainer one of the best ones so far. I got size S and it was perfect! Can’t wait to get another one in XS in a few months!! I’m 5’0 and this is perfect for short girls!

Too small

I bought m size, but I didn't think it would fit. Besides, I didn't know it was so big around the waist, so it was too small for me！

i asked for an xs and got a 2xs but it worked really well, i might have to go down a size because i went from the largest setting to the smallest in 4 days!!

I would highly not recommend this waist trainer to anyone. Every time I wear it, it starts to burn my back and sides.
