Small fit order size or 2 up. Good quality ruber like though n has an oder but really good to hold you in. Does toll when siting up n down.
Buy if your purpose is to Perspire while wearing.

This appears to me made of rubber and If you purpose is to Perspire profusely, this is the item for you. I would not wear under good clothing.

I love the smoothing and slimming effect this cincher gives under tight fitting clothing. In wore it under a jumpsuit that was very form-fitting. There was not a line or bulge where it stopped and my underware began. The only thing I would say it is a little challenging to hook it, but definitely worth the challenge.

I love this waist trainer. I had bought one in the past and it was so uncomfortable and I couldnât keep it on all day. This one feels really good. I wear it almost every day. I probably could have gotten a smaller size sense it fits so comfortable. The price is right.
