I love the purse. Put all my stuff in it and set it aside. Picked up by strap and it broke! What do I do? I don't want to return it. Honestly the perfect purse until it broke.

This purse was everything I wanted minus the label. I came really really really close to purchasing a YSL purse that cost $1800 that looked just like this purse. I couldnt justify the purchase no matter how I spun it. So this was the next best thing. This purse is simply awesome, well made, kinda heavy, the color is bold and amazing. It is pretty and a eye catcher. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.......based on what I received.

Bag is well made and beautiful. Handles are unfortunately too small to carry on the shoulders. Trying to insert/remove my 12.5 inch tablet laptop through the top is a struggle though it fits comfortably inside. Unfortunately will have to return for this reason. Otherwise this bag is excellent!

Overall: I love that itâs 2 bags and the quality is actually good!Iâm away from home this summer and was looking for a bag for a business/social trip that was scheduled kind of last minute.*I just received this handbag today and Iâm very satisfied with the quality. I havenât used it but will update if I need to address function/quality issues.Color/Design: itâs solid black with gold hardware. No issues with construction, no glue marks or anything like that.Gold hardware: itâs decent quality. The metal feels solid but a little flimsier than metal on some of my other handbags.Weight: Iâd say itâs weighty but not too heavy. I think itâll be comfortable to carry. Some of my designer bags around the same size are very heavy and itâs almost not worth carrying them. Some cheaper bags are super light but this doesnât feel that way â itâs right in the middle. It feels and looks well made.Interior: The lining looks like cotton (wine-colored) but itâs still nice. I like the color, fabric could be better. The inside is split into 3 main sections and 1 large zip section so you have 4 storage areas.Smell: has a little of a new product smell â maybe air out for a couple days or give it a little spritz of your favorite scent.

Very nice bag for the price. Purchased as a Christmas gift but I had to open the package before shipping to the recipient. It was a nice size! Larger than expected and the quality of the bag is very good. I actually wanted to keep it for myself! Very pleased and I heard the recipient received many compliments!!

Too much like carrying a box, no give and it started tearing at the corners at first use. I know I said on a earlier review that I liked the purse and was pleased that I could find things in it, well that was until I took it to town it just went down hill from there.
Great bag but; a little tight around the inside edges.

This is a great business/casual bag that is perfect for carrying everything you need which is why I gave it 4 stars. However; I had to return it because it is slightly too tight for my 11in laptop when it is inside the protective sleeve and because the bag does not have a padded laptop slot built in I would not carry my laptop w/out the sleeve. The laptop slid in with no problem but it fit just right so pulling it out was a bit of a struggle because the sides of my sleeve get stuck on the sides of the bag so when I pulled the laptop out it would pull the lining with it making it hard to take it out, I had to hold the lining down in order to pull the laptop out. I also carry a 1 inch binder with me so when I put the 2 items together in the bag it was a pretty tight fit. If you are carrying a smaller tablet or don't use a protective sleeve that takes up space this is a good bag to consider.
