New Favorite Purse

I was beyond excited when I received this purse today. It looks so much better in person and it is bigger than I thought it would be. The only downside where I felt the company lacked compatibility is not allowing for the long handle to become detached. I hated it and ended up cutting it off. You can't even tell that there was anything there to begin with. When a newer version of this purse comes out, I hope they take into consideration that not everyone likes that longer handle. It would be different if it were to be able to tuck in the inside. However, if you do that you will not be able to zip the purse. Worth the minor setback and money. The item is better than pictured on the site, purchase today you won't be disappointed!!!!
Can Barely Get My Hand Inside This Purse

I bought the tan, black and cream purse. It's beautiful. However, I can barely get my hand inside it. The top opening does not expand. The black strap goes around the front, through the sides and snaps in the back. There is no give to expand the opening. It's 3 inches wide. You can unsnap the strap in the back for a little give, but then you've ruined the look of the back. You can't pull the strap through the holes in the back to expand more. I've never seen a purse designed so poorly. I own another Dasein in plain black that I love. I had this purse on my wish list for a year before finally buying it. Very disappointed. Edit: This purse was not usable for me. I returned it and Amazon immediately refunded my money. Please read and believe the reviews about the opening of this purse.

This is a really nice purse. A bit bigger than expected and not quite as vibrant but there is plenty of room at the opening. I effortlessly opened the purse a good six inches. I can stack my fists on top of each other and stick them in. I like the wrist strap for the wallet too in case you don't want to carry the whole purse. The wallet also has a zippered compartment for change. I noticed most wallets don't have that anymore. The chain (shoulder strap) isn't removable but since it barely hangs past the bottom of the purse doesn't look bad if you decide to carry it by the straps. You won't have a long chain flopping around. If you wear it on your shoulder it hangs at midsection and tucks under your arm. Overall, it's a very attractive purse. Looks more expensive than it is. Very well made. A little stiff but I like that it holds form and doesn't flop over. This purse is big enough for an overnight bag for most people. Will try to add pics of the opening later. I didn't unsnap the back either. I read some reviews stating the opening was too small so maybe they redesigned it. It opens as wide as the bottom now without any effort.

Okay, so I am not really a purse person, but entering the business world, I soon realized bringing a beach tote or backpack to work, as a "businesswoman", was just not considered appropriate. The unfairness of that aside, I went looking for a cheap purse that would suit my needs, found this purse and have LOVED it. My planner (A5 rings) fits inside it with plenty of room for other stuff. The quality is FANTASTIC, this thing is sturdy as heck and doesn't wear down EVER. The handles as well as the shoulder strap work well for me, even though I'm a heavier/bigger girl and things don't always fit me.Plus, the girls at work think it's the cutest purse and keep asking me where I got it (which is funny since I am NOT, as I said, a purse person). I originally bought the brown-and-white one, but came back for the pink-and-white because it's just the best purse I've ever had. I really cannot recommend this item enough. Dasein's quality is just excellent.

I decided to order this bag because my current one is falling apart. I couldn't be happier with this bag! I took off one start because some of the stitching inside the wallet and on the wallet wrist strap was really sloppy. However I didnt need the wallet and gave it away. This bag fits everything I need, my planner, pens, wallet, pill box, my keys, and a pouch for personal care items. In the small zippered pouch I'm storing hair ties, a small pocket knife and some goodluck charms. In the non zippered pouches I've stored my chapstick, eye drops, and self defense spray. It is a extremely stiff purse like other reviews said, but that's exactly what I was looking for so I'm very happy with this bag! Definitely recommend!!

Is as pictured, though there is a bit of a texture to it. It is slightly stiff, but hoping it loosens up after some wear. It was slightly smaller than I was expecting but that is not a problem for me as it still easily holds all my daily essentials. Really the only draw back is that I wish the shoulder strap was a bit longer.

I absolutely love everything about this beautiful handbag. I've been looking for a black and white bag and finally found the perfect handbag! Great quality. Nice and large. Love the gold hardware, especially the strap. Very classy looking. Looks like a very expensive designer bag! I've purchased 4 or 5 other bags from DASEIN, and have always been very pleased with the quality.

Stands up firmly and doesn't flop which I love. Has great arm handles and a shoulder strap which gives you 2 optional ways to carry this extremely stylish purse. It's beautifully designed with great accent features and a beautiful useful wallet that comes with the purse. The color is gorgeous. Looks expensive, but isn't. Love this purse!
