Looks nice but falling apart within weeks

The purse looks just like the pictures and is exactly the size I expected. The exterior is nice, but everything inside feels very cheap. The lining is crinkly and poorly stitched, and started ripping within less than 3 weeks!!! The zipper is so loud that I can't open the purse in a quiet situation (like during a meeting or lecture).

After a month of use the seams on the inside of the bags started to come apart. I’m so disappointed I bought this as a gift and feel horrible to know this is how my purchase panned out.
