Smells like a dead mouse

3 1/2 stars at best. It's very pretty. The reason for the low score is the smell. The purse smells like a dead rodent in a hot house. The paperwork in the packaging said to expect a "slight oder". My nose says there is nothing slight about it...this thing is flat out funky. Also, the inside of the purse and all the stuffing materials were very damp. I've had the purse opened up and airing for several days, I've sprayed it with lysol disinfectant spray to kill any possible bacteria or mold. Then, after a couple of days, febreze twice. Now the oder is slight. Going to try a charcoal oder absorber next. If I can save it I will, but I'll never buy anything from this seller or name brand again.

This is the second purse I ordered from PIjushI and I could not be happier..I opened my package (which came a day earlier) and was so taken back by the gorgeous and vibrant color (I ordered the green) and style of this bag...I was so in love with my first handbag from this company, that I purchased another...and I will purchase more..what a selection of colors and styles...my leather PIJUSHI leather tote hobo handbag is so striking and attractive!! What a statement this bag makes!

Beautifully made , excellent quality , look much more expensive than the price. Was going to order a Brahim brand for 450$ then found that brand PIJUSHI . I bought 2 other one different models one red and the leaf one in green and black. I am so happy ....Check their online site.F R.

My wife loves this purse, originally she wanted a Brahmin but bailed at the price and feedback that the raised embossing color wore away.Went for this and very pleased, looks great and used daily.Absolutely as good as the day it arrived in super packaging and a more attractive price.

Gorgeous dye/color tones and work (I have a green purse, a red one and a violet one, all in different styles), sturdy high quality construction and all-leather. Great attention to detail in the stitching, in the symmetry and alignment of the stamped patterns on the leather, and in the way that the handles are attached, and even how the inside lining is attached to the purse's body/shell. All the Pijushi purses I own have timeless, classic styles and shapes, will not look dated in 10 years. They draw comments from others every time I take one of them out on the town, or even to the office.

This is my fourth Pijushi and I absolutely love each and every one. They are unbelieveably well-made for the price, and the croc pattern is so realistic. I have been gradually giving away all my old handbags because, now that I have my Pijushis, I know I will never again carry my old bags.

I'm not one to change my purses a lot. I do only occasionally. This purse looks nice (embossed leather that looks like crocodile/alligator). I think it may look too much like reptile. My daughter looked at it with her nose curled up because she thought I had killed an alligator. When she realized it was leather, it was ok. I find the latch and zippers hostile to easy access. Maybe they'll loosen up with use. I still like it.
bonus snake

I haven't had a stiff purse in years, so this is a big change. And it doesn't have a shoulder strap, another big change. I love the closure strap with the snake (or alligator?) on it. It's sort of like my little secret. The inside is well designed and most of my stuff fits well. The one quibble I have with most purses is the black lining. Why do they do this? It would be so much easier to find stuff with a light-color lining.I recently took a 3-day train trip and several people commented on the bag, which I ordered in red. And it's a wonderful dark, rich red. Very classy.
