I have always purchased designer bags dooney & bourke coach micheal kors cole haan & I will tell you this I have never been happier than i have since the purchases I have made from heshe these handbags are great & since I have ordered about 7 to 8 of them I will never go back to any other purse I love love love love these handbags they are wonderful I think everyone should at least try 1 & they will know what I am talking about great product you have there I hope to order more in the near future but 1st I would like to use the ones I have or not I can't stay away from your productps I would also like you to know that I am a very very picky person when shopping for a handbag since I found you I no longer have to worry about finding a purse that I like keep up the good work

I ordered this Heshe black top grain leather purse on Monday, that qualified for two day Free Shipping thru Amazon and it arrived on Thursday ( and I live rurally). As with every product I have ordered from Amazon, EVERY product I ever ordered has arrived ON TIME or EARLY. Kudos to the folks who are ORDER FILLERS at Amazon! As for the product, LADIES this is a wonderful QUALITY purse. This IS top grain leather, thus the smell, which will go away in a few weeks or days. As I am not a purse changer, I buy ONE black leather purse when my current one wears out. I have been looking for a purse for little more than a year in various stores/malls. As everyone knows, when shopping the internet you CAN NOT inspect a product on a computer monitor, so for me I was taking a chance that I wouldn't like the usually things, quality, size, strap etc. This IS a wonderful quality purse. I don't like snaps or FLAPS on my purses I WANT ZIPPERS, for security reasons, such as it is much easier for others to pick your pocket or slip their hand into a purse with a SNAP, MAGNET OR FLAP closure as opposed to a zipper. Also if you drop your purse or it tips over, the contents STAY IN THE PURSE instead of emptying out for all to see or risk loss of something you need. This purse has FOUR main zippers, plus the largest compartment has a full width inside zippered pocket dividing the main compartment in two. The main compartment also has a zippered pocket on one side of the divided main compartment and two slide in pocket for quick access on the opposite side of the main compartment. Great for organizing the contents of your purse, especially if you carry many SMALL, easy to lose items, that are better kept contained for quick access. As every purse/handbag carrier knows, EVERYTHING GOES TO THE BOTTOM. ( I call my purse the "black hole".) Some folks like ONE big compartment, but I like a somewhat organized purse so I am not fumbling or EMPTYING my purse to find what I need, especially in LONG CHECKOUT LINES in stores/banks etc. This is a great purse for organizing, IT is NOT so big you feel like your carrying a piece of luggage/duffle bag around with you, NOR is it SO SMALL that a pocket comb and a postage stamp fill it up. It is a NICE MID SIZE PURSE. and yes, YOU CAN FIT YOUR TABLET AND YOU CELL PHONE and still have room for a wallet and other personal effects with some room to spare. I can't say enough about the QUALITY. It is SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER QUALITY than many of the purses you see in department stores. including the heavier polyester satin lining and the inside pockets. The strap, while NOT wide in width is THICK leather and ADJUSTABLE for length, which comes shipped inside the purse. I look for functionality in a purse, size, quality and adjustability for EVERYDAY use. As for durability, judging by the weight and quality I THINK this will be a LONG LASTING purse, but only time will tell. As for the critical review, IF you take the time to look, there are at least TWO other purses that are exact or nearly exact style on Amazon and my guess is these reviews ARE FOR ONE OF THE OTHER BRANDS, that LOOK similar/ identical OR some reject product may have got through quality control. THIS is a very nice product. If you are looking for a quality made, LEATHER, mid size, durable purse, this one will not disappoint, you may be as surprised as I was.

STAY AWAY.......This item had such a noxious chemical odor that I needed emergency medical treatment! I am not, nor have I ever been, sensitive to odors. This would have been returned if the hospital had not disposed of it as a bio hazardous item!UPDATE - I was contacted by the company! (Quote) they are sorry "I didn't like the item"! Absolutely no mention of my health!!! Seriously? They just wanted me to remove the 1 star rating! Absolutely no regard for my health & safety nor anyone else! EXPEPTIONALLY POOR customer service!And just an FYI......This is NOT a LEATHER handbag. It is definitely a man made / vinyl handbag, therefore EXTREMELY over priced!

This is a great small to small/medium size bag. It is made of quality materials and I would recommend it to anyone. But, wait, there is more! I generally don't take time to review products, but I had such exceptional customer service from Heshe (thanks Wendy!) that I needed to let everyone know about it. About 1 week into using this bag I noticed a small "slice" in the material on the bottom of the bag. Now, I certainly could have caused this inadvertently -- I hadn't noticed it upon receipt. I reported the issue to Wendy and sent pictures, admitting that I didn't know whether it came this way or whether I did it. And guess what? Heshe sent me a brand new replacement bag -- absolutely no hassle. So my advice is, even if you don't like this particular model, buy from Heshe. This company definitely is customer oriented, and you don't get that everyday!
The Perfect Purse

Finally! The perfect purse. I love this well made leather purse as it has everything you need unless you carry a lot of makeup or other products most of us don't. I have another Heshe purse in a larger size and it has held up very well. What I love about this one is the size that is more than adequate for my billfold, cell phone, lipstick, aspirin, etc. It also has several zippers which can e dedicated for an item you want easy access to. It is well made of leather and has no odor.

I finally thought I found a purse that I loved...just the size I wanted, not too big for me.. BUT, after opening it up and looking inside, one of the zippers are off track....just crushed me. My husband tried to put it back on track, looks like it is but I won't be able to use it because it keeps going off track. The company sounded like they were going to help but I haven't heard a word back... BEWARE in ordering this purse from HESHE!

Beautiful pebbled leather and excellent quality! Iâve never purchased a bag online before for fear that it may not look the same as in the picture. I was pleasantly surprised! The bag is more beautiful than the picture! The zippers glide smoothly and again, you can feel the quality. I bought the red one and considering buying a black one as well. I would compare it to a fossil of which I own a couple. I would be more than comfortable recommending this seller.

I have been using this bag for a week now and it just okay. The bag is the perfect size and holds a lot more than it would appear to. The multiple pockets and compartments are great for keeping things organzied.My main problem with this bag is how cheap the lining is. The inside lining feels very poorly made, it is a very thin, scratchy material. I feel like if I put the wrong things in my bag or if one of my nails accidently reaches into the bag too fast, the inside lining isgoing to tear. I can already tell this bag will go out of comission based on the insides wearing out, as opposed to the outside looking worn.The hardware/ zippers are also very cheap feeling.I was expecting more from a bag priced over $50.I would only reccomend this bag if it was priced in the $30 area or less.

I bought this purse for my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! It is the perfect size (not too big and not too small) as she can fit all of her things. The zippers are a dream to use, they glide so smoothly. From the strap and it's connectors, to the zippers - all the material is of high quality and will definitely be lasting my mom many years to come. The purse also came wrapped in a lovely and caring way. Highly recommend this product for those looking for the perfect quality cross body bag with many pockets to organize their things.

The purse is beautiful exactly as described! The only reason I have given 3 stars is it was missing a leather zipper tag. I contacted HeShe via the email address provided 3 times to see if they could mail me the leather tag and never received a reply. This was a gift and she loved it and put on another leather tag.Would change to 5 stars if I could get the leather tag that was missing from the purse.

Thick, thick leather that'll probably outlast me and thankfully no bells and whistles such as so many "fashion" bags have. My only niggle about it is that zipper on the topmost portion isn't anchored at one end: if you draw the zipper completely across and then pull it back, the loose end flips up and the zipper jams. Yes, you can use two hands to zip and unzip, but who wants to do so every time?
