Gorgeous bag!

I received this tote from the manufacturer at no cost for evaluation, and here are my thoughts.This is a gorgeous tote that's made of split leather that's been buffed and coated to refine the finer hide markings, giving this bag the appearance and texture of more expensive full grain leather. The leather is evenly dyed, has a soft sheen, feels soft and supple, and it has a mild new leather scent when it first arrives. The bag stands on its reinforced bottom when empty, but it's not stiffly structured, so it's a bit floppy when empty.Measuring roughly 17" across at the top, tapering to 15.2" at the bottom x 5.3" wide x 10.8' high, this bag is the perfect size for everyday use and travel. Designed to be carried over the shoulder or by hand, the 10.8" handles are slender and flat so they won't roll off your shoulder, and are adjustable. This is a beautiful well made bag with meticulous stitching, well reinforced stress points, zippers that open and close smoothly, and genuine metal hardware rather than the cheap plastic some manufacturer's use these days.While most of the bag's storage is inside, there's a zippered compartment on the rear of the bag's exterior that makes a good place to tuck away extra cash when traveling. The bag has a zippered top to secure your contents, and the inside is fully lined in a washable dark brown nylon-like material. Basically, it's two large open compartments divided by a zippered center compartment with a zippered compartment on the rear wall and two sleeves for cell phone or other gadget on the other wall.The tote is roomy enough to easily hold an iPad or up to a 14" laptop plus notebooks, folders, and your daily essentials, but it has no padding so be sure to use protective sleeves or cases if carrying electronics. The bottom has no feet to protect it from scuffs, but it is reinforced. Overall, I love the way this tote looks and how soft the leather is. It's roomy enough for my everyday needs without being too big, it's meticulously made, and it looks way more expensive than it actually is.
Zipper broke on first try. Replacement has held up excellent.

I was so excited when this arrived. It is a beautiful bag. Love the color. Was thinking immediately I would purchase another color. It was packed really well, as if it was high quality. I tried out the zipper on the outside of the bag and it broke. The zipper on the inside was stuck. I finally got it to work but it does not work well. I will be contacting Amazon for a return. Very disappointed.Received a new one and use it everyday. Have worn the heck out of the bag and it still looks great. Awesome product. I get a lot of compliments on it.Would definitely order again. And again.

I love this bag! I had searched and searched for a bag that was big, leather, had the right drop, and wasnât $300 or super cheap-o with some random name on it. This is a fantastic bag. Itâs huge- I can fit my full sized iPad, my date book, my big wallet, a makeup bag, and a lot of random smaller things in it. It also stays on my shoulder perfectly. Iâve been walking with one shoulder up to keep my former handbag, which I paid a lot for at Bricâs, from slipping off my shoulder. Not this bag. It doesnât feel heavy at all. Very nice looking. Iâll definitely update if anything goes wrong with it.

This is a beautiful tote for the price. The leather is soft and the color is beautiful for the Fall. Very roomy sturdy construction. Iâm thinking of getting it in other colors.

Beautiful back, surprisingly well made! I am the envy of my coworkers! I love the hardware, the straps are adjustible, just the right amount of pockets, and it has a zipper that you can't even tell is there!

I absolutely love this bag! It is the perfect shade of cognac brown and it goes with everything. The bag has maintained its shape even over a year later. It's my go-to bag for work travel, since it fits both a laptop (and has a compartment for a cable) and can be zippered closed for safety and protection. Highly recommend for the working woman!

Simply and elegantly crafted. The leather is so soft that it's noticeable. Its spacious enough to carry all my daily essentials as shown in the pic above. As you can see also the color is as advertised. I received many compliments for this bag. It is worth every penny. I plan to buy another 2 units because I can definitely see myself using them for a few years.

The bag is a great design with good pockets and the central dividing section goes all the way down which means things stay in the section in which they are put. But Iâm fairly certain this is pleather - albeit nicely made. Other sellers are offering the same product at half the price. Amazon should be looking into false advertising.

beautiful large bag, feels sturdy, the zip is smooth and metal. lots of pockets to organise the contents. i can fit in this bag: a small hairbrush, concealer, lipstick, 13" MacBook air, a4 hardcover notebook, 500ml plastic VOSS water-bottle, sunglasses case, phone, tissues, snacks, keys, wipes, beauty blender, hand cream, hand sanitiser, apple earphones in case, body spray, large purse, battery pack and spare charger, MacBook charger and other few bits and pieces. lovely spacious handbag and will probably buy more in different colours! Wonderful value and smells divine - love the smell of leather.

I'm really pleased to have finally found a reasonably-priced bag that will hold my laptop as well as all my other stuff - I hotdesk and work from various locations, so I have to take my work laptop home with me every day, but hate having to carry a separate laptop case in addition to my handbag. This is a nice, roomy tote bag that (unlike a lot of other designs) has a zip at the top so my laptop and belongings are secure and kept out of the rain in bad weather. There are lots of inner pockets (some also with zips) and I've found it really easy to keep my things organised - every day I carry my phone, keys, security pass, laptop, headset, earbuds, Kindle, make-up bag, glasses and an umbrella, and it's good to have the right compartments in which I can easily keep all these things.Although this bag is real leather as advertised, the leather isn't the best quality - hence the cheap price of course. It's thin leather that's been coated with a plastic substance to thicken and waterproof it and to make it shiny. So although it's definitely leather, it feels pretty plasticky really. But it looks absolutely fine and for the price I paid I wouldn't complain - I really don't expect to get a large bag made of the finest quality leather for £42.99.My only complaint is that the straps, while strong, are quite thin, so maybe aren't as comfortable as they could be.
