Very nice, handmade leather purse (or mini satchel)!

My Komal's leather purse arrived this afternoon and my first impressions are very favorable. This is a well structured, roomy bag with several interior and exterior pockets, or compartments, to neatly stow everyday items. The main compartment fits my kindle (in a case) nicely, and my iPad Air 2 when it's NOT in it's case. I anticipate it working well when I travel.The brown leather has a rich tone and will go great with my b.o.c brown leather boots :). I really like the more rustic, western look of the bag - very much my style.It was a bit "stiff" when I first opened it, but it was just delivered and it's the dead of winter in Chicago so that might have contributed! I have it hanging off a chair back in the sun and the strap is already much more supple.It's obvious that the maker of this purse takes great pride in their work. As others have stated it's packaged in a nice bag (see picture attached) and comes with a note of thanks and care taking instructions. I appreciate those personal touches.I've been shopping for a real leather purse of this style for several months and decided to purchase this one based on the excellent reviews and the excellent price. I'm glad I did!My anticipation is that it will hold up well with use. I see myself using this for many years to come (I like well worn leather items). If I'm disappointed.... I'll be sure to follow up.

The purse is a nice size and the strap is adjustable. There are multiple big and zipped pocked (one in front, one in back, and two inside) which I like since I prefer to stash my ID, money, phone, gum, pen, make-up, etc in different pockets. Helpful when I don't want to bring my wallet. I can fit my medium size digital camera, phone, ipad, and have room for a few more essentials to be well on my way :). It even came in a super cute bag. It is a little stiff right out of the bag, but after reading the included thank you note and care instructions, I fully expect the leather to soften and the purse to just keep getting better. I love it!

I literally received this purse on my doorstep about 20 minutes ago. I was extremely excited because I had it expedited to 1 day shipping for a trip I am taking tomorrow.I am SO heartbroken at the quality of this! I read many, many reviews and saw pictures of beautiful purses but ultimately chose this because the purse looked top notch.What I received is nothing like I've seen.... there are loose/frayed threads everywhere. The threading looks like some of my much older and much cheaper purses. The undone threads on the front and the notch in the leather right at the belt are not what I was hoping for. The bottom of the purse has loose threads and some torn pieces of leather as well. I paid so much extra to get this overnighted and I sadly will not be taking it on my trip. Literally heartbroken.
Not perfect, but I like it! I really do!

I have been searching for this style of bag for a few months as we travel a lot and my old crossbody bags havenât held up. After going through too many bags, I knew I wanted a leather bag. I specifically wanted a bag that was durable, comfortable to carry, secure and could fit my camera and lens. As a professional photographer, my camera and lenses are a bit long and bulky. While I do have bags specifically made for all of our camera gear, I wanted a bag that I could just throw in one of my cameras with a zoom for the day, have it fit snug and not have to worry about it. I purchased this bag to try it out and am pleasantly surprised.First impressions:It looked smaller than what I was expecting. However, upon further inspection, I was very happy with the size. Itâs pretty perfect actually. Not at all bulky, but this bag can fit A LOT! I couldnât even believe it!Stitching and Leather:The stitching on my bag is good. However, the flap with the closure is not sewed on straight to the bag. Itâs not too noticeable from far away, but, as a buyer, I did notice this. And it is something that others have mentioned in their reviews as well. The point on the closure strap looks like itâs coming apart, but it isnât. It is a handmade bag and that portion doesnât look maybe glued down. I will be taking a further look at it and maybe fixing it or just leaving it. Itâs not noticeable from afar or too big of a deal.Closure:I donât have to undo my closure each time - like a belt - as underneath it has a push lock closure. This may be an update, but I had seen someone elseâs review that showed a photo is this. This was a pleasant surprise as well as it allows for easier access.Shoulder strap:It feels thin but sturdy. Itâs adjustable and I feel itâs the perfect length as it provides a lot of options.Front pocket:Not many other reviews mentioned or photographed the front outer pocket. I love it. It fits my iPhone 7S Plus with a case and pop socket comfortably. And I could probably fit more. If I donât use it for my phone, it will fit my expo disc, extra camera battery and CF/SD card case.Back zipper:The back zipper is great. I love having this for added security while traveling. However, the inside lining of this portion of my bag must have been scraps of canvas as it has writings and markings all over it. I donât understand how this can be overseen. This was a let down and looks cheap and sloppy. On the other hand, the bag does have a lot of pluses so I didnât feel like this would merit taking a whole star away. But, it was disappointing, especially when youâre so excited to have the bag in your hands...and then you see that. A bit of a let down and I hope the seller takes not of this.The smell:I was expecting so much worse after reading some of the reviews. Itâs actually a very light and pleasant smell of leather. Not overpowering at all. I actually love it.The packaging:Previous reviews mentioned a silk dust bag. This is not what I received. Mine is quite rough to the touch. Not a big deal. At least it brought a dust bag. Always a plus. The note with care instructions and information on the bag came on recycled paper and was a nice personal touch from seller.All in all, I think and hope this is a bag will last me a very long time. I love the look and feel of it and also how well compartmentalized it is. It is comfortable for travel as well as every day. As a photographer and small business owner, Iâm happy to be supporting another small business with a passion for her craft. I would recommend this product.

I Love this bag. I've had it for 3 months and it's holding up great. I carry it everywhere, everyday including on vacation and multiple concerts. It's comfortable, easy to use and stylish. I love all the pockets on the inside and on the back and front for easy grabbing storage. I was caught in a rain storm a week after I got the bag and it's fine, no staining or water marks. I can carry a small book, an extra set of my kids clothes and my phone and wallet. The only things I don't like are the buckle where two straps meet sits right on my shoulder, causing my hair to get caught sometimes. And the bag it was shipped in was just plain blue, like jeans. Others I'd seen on the reviews were beautiful and colorful. But luck of the draw with the shipping bag color. Not a big deal. I can't wait to see how this bag holds up in the coming years.

This is a superb bag. Really well made and the stitching is perfect. It has a back zip pocket, 2 internal zip pockets and an additional pocket as well as the main compartment that is really roomy. The front pocket with a flap will be ideal for doggy pooh bags!I would expect to pay considerably more for a leather bag like this so am delighted.The bag was really well packaged and has its own dust bag; care instructions are included.If you are looking for a good bag for everyday use in the country this is the bag for you.

Absolutely love this bag. Arrived well protected and in a dust bag. Great quality for the price. Bought as a birthday present but as I love it so much I've ordered another for myself. Excited for that to arrive next week. Plenty of room in it and so many pockets. Just what I was looking for, both for the recipient of this one and for myself. Thank you!

This bag is just what I was after. Nice long strap, sewn well and Komal has signed a delivery note with the instructions for care which is a nice personal touch. The bag was packaged well and came in a lovely silk protector bag! I will definitely be popping back to this shop for any other bags/purses I may need as completely my style and at an excellent price. Highly recommend *****

For the money, this is a wonderful bag. Just the right size, secure fastenings, not too many fiddly pockets, well made. It smells a bit to start with, but that soon goes, and then it just becomes more and more beautifully soft and comfortable looking. My first one broke after 15 months, but I received a generous discount on a replacement and I think it was an untypically weak bit of leather at a crucial place. I love the handmade nature of this bag, and I suppose this is the possible downside.

I don't know what I was expecting when I ordered a bag for £29.99, it sounded too good to be true but the reviews from other buyers led me to believe I was purchasing something rather nice. It was too good to be true, the bag is cheap and looks cheap, hard leather, unpleasant colour, just what I'd expect for£30..I should've known better. Perhaps I'm just very fussy as other buyers seem to love it!
