Five with a Caveat

This nice quality leather bag is fairly large, but not at all heavy. It's by no means huge and with a sweet, super easy-to-train exterior slouch, there's no reason to feel obligated to fill it all the way. . .though you can, of course, if you want to.Its many style-enhancing pockets and compartments--there are 11 all told, in varying sizes from minute to roomy--keep all your necessities easy-to-find and at the ready so you're not digging about in frustration for your wallet or keys.Even if you're into big, leather bags but not into using pockets, it's still a perfect purse to simply toss your phone, makeup bag, and even a water bottle into.This is simply a gorgeous shoulder bag. If you're looking for a sign you should buy it, feel free to take this review as such. Mine wasn't smelly (as some said there's was at first), the leather isn't thin or cheap in quality, the dye is excellently done, the hardware is decent, and the accents are unique.But here's the caveat: if you really want to carry this bag as a crossbody, you might not like the long strap it comes with: it's leather on one side and a slightly abrasive synthetic with a touch of fraying (!!) on the other. Also, the hardware on the crossbody strap is a different quality than the rest of the purse--and not in a good way. I've attached a picture for your viewing pleasure. . .or displeasure as it may be.

I'm very happy with this purse because I was looking for something that I could use for daily use and for travel. This has a small handle which is perfect for daily use - which is removable and a longer strap for cross body use. I love the color (pearl blue) which is neutral enough to be worn with any outfit, coat, etc. The one surprise to me was the size. I had thought it would be a medium size and it is indeed large (probably my fault for not reading every part of the description). But this is not a huge point to me, as it is not huge - and is serving me well. I particularly like the two side pockets (which are just the right size for my phone and my glasses - always accessible and i don't worry about them falling out. There is an outside pocket - which is perfect for my house/car keys - and always accessible to me. Inside there is a side zipped pocket - perfect for money, credit cards, etc. and there is a zipped divider down the middle - which at first I thought was a bit too flimsy - but I've come to appreciate it because I keep my lipstick and small comb in it and can get to it quickly. The rest of the purse has ample room for whatever you want to carry - and I look forward to having that space on my frequent trips overseas (meds, papers, etc).The reviews regarding the smell were very helpful. When it arrives, let it "breathe" for a few days - it does have a very toxic smell. But after about 3 days, it just has a very nice "leather" smell. I think you will really enjoy this purse as much as I do.

I was looking strictly for a crossbody purse. I made due with the possibility of needing to cut off the shoulder strap, but guess what?? I didnât have to because the manufacturers thought of that and it SNAPPED off. So in love with this purse!! Lots of compartments, fits everything and more. Zippers slide real nice. It does have a slight Oder at first. This is due to the leather and packaging but, just as the tag states, it goes away after a few days of being out in the open and being used.

Love the leather, the color and nice long shoulder strap. I ended up cutting the center zip pocket out. It's made of the thin black lining fabric and unless it's full of stuff, flops over, covering/blocking the entrance to whatever is in the other of the two larger compartments. It works better for me that way; it may not be a problem for others. I love it now!

I've been looking for a nice, soft leather handbag that wasn't too expensive. I finally found one. I love this purse. And the color is gorgeous! I have never seen this color before. It matches everything. Z
Red, Roomy, And Lovely

You know your purse is really pretty when your husband says "that's a really nice looking bag." My husband is a retired truck driver. Fashion is not his forte'. The bag is also plenty roomy. I have a lot of medicine bottles. I usually always carry totes, especially for church. But, this bag has a lot of room and the pockets are in just the right place to make it very easy to put things away, but also get them out very easily, like a pen or marker needed for church. It's a great bag! I It's a very deep red, which I love, because red can be too flashy some times in my opinion. I would definitely buy it again!
Only one issue

This bag is extremely well made, soft and beautiful with hardware far nicer than expected. The odor dissipates quickly so that's not an issue. I would have loved to keep it but the top zipper is far too short to have good access to the contents. In a Coach bag I have the zipper extends a couple of inches up the handle on both sides so that it has a wide opening. This zipper stops right at the handle so finding the contents you want would always be a struggle in the smaller opening. Sadly I returned it.

I am really happy with this handbag. I chose the red and love it-- the color is a deep, rich true red and the antiqued silver looks terrific with it. The design is very functional. End pockets for cell phone, sunglasses and reading glasses. I also slip my car key in with my cell phone for quick, easy access. The small zippered pockets work well for my key fob for my other car, and my regular car key if I need to be sure it is secure. The interior space is well designed and highly functional too. Small pockets hold my hand sanitizer and nose spray (allergies), and there are plenty of places to tuck away items like my nail file, dental floss, and any other smaller items I don't want to get lost in the larger areas where I keep like wallet, etc. Love the bag.
