Bag is perfect but craftsmanship leaves little to be desired. Have only had less than a week and the edges are starting to fray. Disappointed, but overall the bag is a lovely size and design. Parts of the inside are suede but I wish the inside of the strap was. That would prevent slipping.

I just purchased this bag.., used it for a week and the lining is falling apart inside . I love the bag but the lining is not holding up. Please advise me what to do.... Thus is the second time I purchase thus and the same thing has happened ... the lining is falling apart again .... what to do????
