Beautiful bag... but came with a creased strap :(

The purse is exactly how it's described. It is about as wide as the Carson but not as deep. Outside long zipper pocket, under flap large slip pocket, inside large compartment with two slip pockets and a zip pocket - very similar in layout to the Carson bag. It only has the modestly adjustable shoulder strap, no cross body. My real disappointment is that the shoulder strap has a crease that has broken the inside padding such that it ends up in a point.

I am what my husband calls, "A Vera Snob" because I just love the purses, wallets, and bags. This time I had a really hard time. I bought a small backpack and it was too large, had to send it back. I ordered this one, thinking it would be perfect however the handle is really a poor selection for this nice bag. It is stiff plastic is just not pliable. Also, it does not have the ability to be a true shoulder bag. I would not order this again. So sorry

I like size. But instead of flap closing. I wish it just had a zipper in top. Also needs longer handle. This barely goes under arm when on shoulder. Please make more of these styles in the smooth fabric. Also bottom needs to be something you can wipe clean what with all the flu.

I only wish this bag had a cross body strap. Iâm tall and the bag falls off my shoulders.

little too big and no places to put credit cards. Her regular bags have individual credit card holders for great organization This bag falls short.
