What a disappointment!

I loved this bag the moment I saw it. The design is lovely and it seemed as if it would be roomy and hold all my essentials. I got it today, and what a disappointment! Instead of a creamy light color, it's just a brown canvas bag with the decoration matching the illustration, but dark and not summery and light looking at all. I don't understand the purpose of misrepresenting an item. I still like all the designs, in fact I planned on purchasing everyone on my list one of these bags in different designs. Now I have to rethink that, because I can't depend upon the display and the accuracy of colors. I probably won't keep this, as I wanted a summer bag in a light color, not a brown one. If the manufacturer is noticing my review and has the accurate color in stock, I'd appreciate an exchange.

I purchased this to use as a laptop bag. Could not be happier! It is light weight and holds my Mac pro and quite a few folders. Quite impressed with the room! Details are fantastic and the bears are adorable. High quality as well...this bag will hold up to the task

I ended up purchasing this bag after having received the smaller case for my cell phone. Room for my laptop, file folders and more. Wish it had a longer strap option but I can still sling it over my shoulder. I have now decided to get the giraffe version for a sibling for her birthday, from one bag H to another

Very well made bag. Comfortable straps and will carry a good weight without hurting your shoulder. The graphics are so pretty and I love that they donate to make the world a better place. My favorite brand of bag.

This adorable tote bag was not the size I needed, or I would have happily kept it. I bought another Chala bag that better fit my needs, though I wish it came in the Mama Bear pattern!Chala bags are made from a sturdy, though lightweight, canvas. It is a soft, flexible fabric yet holds its shape well.

This bag is lovely and has a nice, substantial feel to it. Not the most amazingly-made product I've ever seen- a couple of seams feel pointy and the stitching is loose in one spot. But, overall, seems like decent quality.

I had this purse in my list of over two years and finally got it. I'm just LOVE this purse. I love the details, the pockets inside and the quality of the purse. So worth the way.
