ZIPPER BROKEN ON A COACH BAG IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!!!

In all of my 30 plus years of buying Coach products, this is the FIRST time that I have ever experienced a flaw in a purchase. I have always known Coach to be superior in quality and was very happy to find the Women's Dufflette available via Amazon. To my horror, in less than 2 months of receiving my bag, the zipper will not close at all! This "Coach" bag has barely been used and is now useless. I am extremely annoyed that the return widow apparently expired last month - one month after my purchase. This is surely the FIRST and LAST online purchase of a Coach bag via Amazon for me!!! COACH? REALLY????

My last Coach purchase was a disappointment and I returned the bag. I ordered this one as a replacement. It is well made, came with a Coach wrapper, and looks to be Coach quality. I am happy with this larger bag that cost less and is better quality.

I returned the purse because it was larger then expected. To me the measurements were off. I never thought the purse would be so big. Nothing wrong with the product, because I love Coach, just to large.

The bag is beautiful but because it's canvas and leather the fabric does start tearing and peeling, besides that it's worth every penny u spend on this great bag. It is an authentic coach bag
