Great construction and materials! The seller contacted me due to some oddities in my order - lost package, refund, reorder. Upon finding out that I felt the purse wasn't the color I thought it would be (not the seller's fault), she offered me another purse in another color - for free! Awesome, caring customer service with a really great product. Love the design of the purse and the materials. Pockets for everything I need to carry! Highly recommend.

Bought this for my wife. Was exactly as advertised. She finds it to be spacious without being bulky and will start using this as her purse that she takes to work.

Got this as a gift from my boyfriend! I love this purse. Its very roomy, and also has alot of space to store stuff. The only negative thing I will say is this! This purse comes with two forms of straps. In which gives you the choice for a shoulder purse. As well as a hanging purse. Keep in mind the smaller strap ( shoulder strap ) DOES NOT COME ATTACHED. Due to this flaw you must snap the sides/ corner of each bottom to properly close it. I tried with all my might. They wouldn't snap into place. My boyfriend then preceeds to do the same. He's struggling at this point. And getting irritated, because they wont snap shut properly. BRIGHT IDEA boyfriend then precedes to grab pliers, puts a washcloth over the button part . Then was finally able to snap each end peice together. Keep in mind once you clasp each side for the shoulder strap. There is almost no way you will be able to un snap them back off. He struggled just to snap them on for me . Aside from that I love it. Already gotten several complaints. And I just got this for Christmas.

The red is a deep wine color, the "pleather" is soft and supple, all the zippers glide smoothly. I did not have any issues attaching BOTH the shoulder and crossbody strap, they fit perfectly in the hoops. The opening is a little smaller than a traditional bucket purse but it fits my 8x11 planner and my wristlet and other stuff. Its not floppy, it can stand on its own. I bought it specifically for the outside pockets so totally worth it.

Perfect, perfect bag. Great leather quality. Very well organized-- enough pockets and space but not too much. I am glad I purchased this in two colors. Handle options are great too. (May replace two other bags I own.)

I have literally been looking for the perfect purse for over two years and I have finally found it with this purse. The quality is top notch. The hardware itâs good quality as well! The smaller strap works well for a shoulder strap as well and the long strap is adjustable. I could not be more pleased with this product.
