When I first took this out of the packaging it kinda looked like a briefcase and looked very big. Don't be fooled and not give it a chance. I put all my stuff in it and fell in love with it. Even if you have alot of stuff in here it carries so well and does not feel heavy like some purses that hurt my shoulder and back. This is perfect. It does have a funny smell but goes away after couple of days. I did order the black and in person the color is more dark gray bit that does not bother me.

I ordered the Pink Tall Handbag for work, I have to work in several different areas of my building in my office and need a bag that can carry my laptop and files from home to the office then to a different floor of the office and then back home 5x/week. I've received multiple compliments on the bag in the few days that I've used it since it was delivered.This bag is good quality on the outside and very stylish, however my only complaints are:- The interior of the bag feels cheap, like it may come apart after more use.- The size was slightly smaller than I had expected it to be, still fits my needs but I had expected something larger for the price paid.I've attached several images of the bag I purchased, with the contents inside to give a good scale of size. The laptop inside the bag is 13 inches.

So close to 5 Stars! The material of this bag is gorgeous, smooth, soft suede-like and the hardware quality is nice. For the price, I would expect this bag to hold up a while. I have only just received mine so I cannot say for sure. The only thing I did NOT like about this bag was the size of opening. Nice zippered closure but the opening is small. Also, the two small loop handles would not fit an average arm. I don't think they are designed to (and bag comes with longer strap as well).

I'm a little heartbroken on this one. Style really cute, color nice, I "put it on" and the straps felt good, length comfortable. But, I'm hoping I got a lemon. Stitching issues, the zipper on the little pocket got stuck the first time, standing there to see. I'm debating returning for another one because it was so pretty.---- This gets better. I opted to buy another one after returning it to see if it was better. They sent me the SAME bag, with the same zipper stuck, same frayed edges! I highly suggest you not purchase the pink tall bag. They might send my twice-returned bag to you!

UPDATE: The handles tore after hardly ANY use. And I donât have very many things inside of it. Thoroughly disappointed.The purse overall is an adorable purse. However, I ordered gray and I can definitely tell you that what I received did NOT look like what was pictured. Looks more brown to me than anything. Trying to decide if I even want to keep it. (Hard to tell the actual color in the photo.)
Overall I would buy it again.

Nice size, decent craftsmanship. As listed, it does have a plastic smell that I'm sure will subside once aired out for a couple of days. I like the style, but is not really black. It's more of a charcoal color, which I like. The lining is brown and not the best of quality.

Was more impressed with my bag than I expected. Looks very nice for the price. More pockets than I'm used to and is a huge plus. The carry handles are smaller but having also had difficulties with purses with large ones I think I prefer this more. The metal pieces on the purse look great. It's larger than I expected and I'm used. I love this purse so far! Even my grandma said wow, haha.
Style in a large handbag? Yes!

Very nice bag esp for the price. The color here is accurate, kind of tomato-ey red. The texture is suede-like and IMHO makes it look like a more expensive bag. I feared the material would wear poorly but Ive used it every day for about 6 weeks and its holding up well- Ive had many a bag give up in a month with all the crap I lug around! The size and style are perfect for me- a little smaller than a diaper bag, but a little bigger than handbags that have any personality. If I felt it would last more than a year it would be 5 stars.
