Leather is so stiff!!!

Got my first Lucky purse decades ago!! Leather like butter from the beginning. Love it and still use it. This purse the leather is stiff, unattractive. The shoulder strap is very wide and hard. Very uncomfortable on shoulder or when hand held. Sooo disappointed I have to return!!!

Contrary to the previous reviews, the purse I received was terrible. The leather was incredibly stiff and cheap, not buttery smooth like what I'm used to from this brand. I own two other Lucky bags and their quality is incredibly superior to this one. I returned it immediately.

Strap too wide

It was a great purse but the strap was very wide and felt weird on my shoulder - so I had to return it. Bummer!
