beautiful bag. Just what I wanted but is a smaller size. The site from which I ordered stated 13 inches. I never would have ordered a twenty inch bag. Recently my Amazon shopping has not been going so we;;.

I am glad to have the option of the shoulder straps that were included. This bag is very large and will be great for traveling. It has several pockets and is lightweight. This is a great value item!

This bag is VERY sturdy and can house a lot of items. Problem is if you think this is going to be your “every day bag” then you might be wrong. Unless you carry a MASS amount of stuff. I see it being more of a work bag. It can fit a laptop, tablet, whatever. But going into stores with it like it’s casual, everyone thinks im ready to stuff it and run.

I love this handbag. It's well made and looks very nice. I wear jeans a lot, so I purchased the blue bag. It's big and easy to reach in to find what I need. Very happy with this bag. Might get another color for Fall.

I bought this bag as a gift for my sister. She said she loves it - it's a great bag. The color is good and the size is larger than she usually buys, but it is working out great. I gave it a 4 star as I haven't seen it yet, but she gave positive feedback.

This is a very nice big bag, and it's nice as a shoulder bag and you could eliminate the small strap I'm very happy with the purchase
