The size seemed to reflect what was actually advertised, but when this arrived, my wife was very disappointed in the look of the actual material. Did not look as nice as what was pictured by the seller online. Overall low quality construction.

First, the dimensions is wrong. It's 13W X 11H X 4D, Handle 21" ( dark purple bag). Which made me love this handbag more. The pockets are the right size, not shallow. Soft, comfortable and easy to find things.

The size is great. The interior fabric needs to be thicker or stiffer. Itâs so loose that it pulls up when I pull anything out.

I was out shopping and got a notice that my purses had arrived and were in my mailbox. At first I panicked how could this be that they (3) purses were in the mailbox. Well believe me when I tell you these are the softest purses that I own. I can't tell you how much I love, love, love these bags. I wish I had got them in different colors, but with everything going on in the world I am not hoping out much, but when I do I will have this on my arm. Thank you for this BUTTER BAG

This is a beautiful bag even though I love my neutral colors! It has a lot of space and I'm pretty sure I'll be using all of the space because this tote holds a lot of items! My laptop, beauty products and file folders can go in this.. and still some room left. I'm satisfied with this and I actually will be using this for awhile!!
