I was completely under the impression I was purchasing a "NEW" COACH, super bummed, this one is clearly used :(:( I would NOT buy from this store again. Tags were ripped off and put in a side pocket, there is dust/dirt in some of the cracks, purse was smashed into a smaller box than it should have. I love Coach purses and have bought many of them and know how they come wrapped/displayed when they are new. This was a super disappointment, because the purse is really nice. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it isn't the purses fault, it is the stores!

So love this bag! I'm forty something so I've had alot of bags in my life (2 of which were coach) but this is my favorite. Soft yet structured which is important cause it's usually one or the other, roomy with a middle zipper & two compartments on front & back. The color is deep coral which I wasn't too sure about but it's great-not too dark or light perfect for day or night. Birthday gift from hubby at my request:)
