I liked this bag a lot when I first received it because it fit all of my requirements. It looked nice, it was vegan, it was the right size, and it had several zippered pockets that made it easy to organize my stuff. In particular, one of the exterior zippered pockets was the right size for my keys, making it really easy to find them.Unfortunately, it didn't last very long. Yesterday one of the hooks to which the shoulder strap can be attached completely detached from where it was sewn on one side. This was after only 2 1/2 months of daily over-the-shoulder use. I didn't overload the bag, either. The heaviest item I carried was my compact Filofax wallet/organizer (6.75" x 3.75").So, now it's unusable, as I don't like carrying bags everywhere by the shorter handles, and the return window is closed. The bottom line is that I got what I paid for - an inexpensive bag that didn't hold up to daily use.

For the price, this bag is terrific. It has everything I was looking for--outside zippered pockets, zippered divider inside, a lighter color interior, short and cross body straps--what's not to love. I really like that the zippers, pulls, etc. are gun metal color; I just hate the look of that fake gold. The "leather" has a really nice soft feel to it but the bag does stand up well on its own. It's a great size and looks good. One other thing--the first order I received had one of the zipper pulls missing. A replacement was shipped to me immediately with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service.

I did not like the way this was shipped. In stores the purses are stuffed with paper to keep their shape and show them off better. This came folded down, I'm sure for easier shipping, but that fold stays with the purse making it more difficult for it to stand upright. Love the look of the purse, but thought the front metal design was on the back side as well. The inside material feels very cheap, which gets more wear than the outside â hello designers! There is extra storage on the front zippers but too small for a phone, which is okay cause a little cash will fit, just heads up. The purse is only about $30, so you get what you pay for. More heads up â I tried my phone in the back outside pocket. I have to work with it to get it to fit, not worth the effort, so then the inside pocket for a phone â well, I put it in and it comes up past the zipper. What were the designers thinking. Don't know yet if I will send it back, still thinking on that.

It feels like soft leather. Its light weight. I purchased the blue one and it is really pretty! I love it. The shoulder strap comes inside so you just clip it on. One clip got stuck open and I didn't realize unroll the strap fell onto the floor. I just put it back on and forced the hook closed. No big. There is a good amount of room and pockets. All good for me!

Lovely mid size purse with plenty of pockets and room for all the crap I can't seem to leave home without. Nice that it has the option of short handles and a shoulder strap. Beautiful color.

Decent bag. Purchased for a weeklong trip with a toddler and needed a purse with a zip top for our flight. It carried all the essentials for the flight; drinks, snacks, trinket toys, and my stuff such as credit cards, idâs, phone, and tablet.
