Love this bag so much! Shopped for weeks to find a perfect size with everything on my want list and here it is! I added 3 rings to each side for the right length for a shoulder strap. The extra crossover strap is ok but I like the shorter strap better. The leather is amazingly soft and great quality. Very sturdy and well made. Plenty of pockets inside and out. I organized my âstuffâ in minutes and fell in love! The very first day I brought it to work, it got noticed and a friend asked if she could order one in gray. Perfect. Gray = dirty light brown. Purple = brownish maroon. 1 smelled like mold. But pretty and well made

I downgraded from 4 stars to 3 after getting the replacement item. The first "Purple" purse turned out to be more brown than the true purple in the photo. The color is U-G-L-Y so I returned it and got the same style in gray, which turned out to be a a light dirty brown, like the color of smog. The second bag also smelled strongly of mold and made me sneeze. The bag itself is very well made and the leather looks great. The price is a bargain for a well made quality leather bag. Maybe the black one will not smell like mold...

Perfect handbag. I've been looking for a black handbag with real leather and external pockets for cell phone and keys. This bag is perfect. I was unexpectedly blown away by the enormous inside pocket with is just perfect for my cosmetics. This bag is the perfect size and I love the shorter strap; however this strap was a tad too short. Note to manufacturer: I had no use for the cross-body strap, so I cut the hardware off the long strap and used it to extend the short strap. (see Photo) Voila! Perfection! I replaced my overpriced Coach bag with this one. the Coach bag was more like a messenger bag. Strap was too long and the bag was too skinny and would not sit on the table on it's own without falling over.

I really like the exterior zipper pocket. Also like that pockets on each end of the purse have both zippered pocket and slip in pocket. Great for cell phone. The interior is nice. One suggestion for improvement would be to put some type of firm bottom surface to lend more shape to the bottom. The leather is beautiful. Zippers and hardware very stylish. Well made bag. Two straps came with purse, both with nice hardware. The longer strap was too long for me, Iâm 5â-4â. I took it to my shoe repairer and he is shortening for me so it hangs at a better place for me. Also having a loop put around the strap to keep the end from flapping. If yaluxe fixed these few design flaws (my opinion) the bag would be perfect! Obviously I liked it enough to make the investment in making the changes. Well worth trying.

Wow...I was so apprehensive about buying a purse on-line again, but this bag is amazing. I also disliked the long strap and cut off the hardware to make the short strap longer. I am also adding some rings as I need it extended a bit more. With the additional bling this purse is really nice looking. Not only that but the leather is really nice and the included hardware is high quality. The smell is really strong at first but give it a few days. Itâs very well made and was shipped fast in good packaging. I canât say enough about the whole experience. This is an awesome purse! So glad I ordered it.
Inability to return new, unused purses within allowed time, due to unforeseen circumstances.

When I received the purse, I liked how it looked, even though the color I orderedsaid âgreyâ, it was really more beige or taupe.I wasnât too unhappy about that, but when I started putting my things in it, it was so stiff & rigid that I had a very difficult time just trying to get even one item in or out of it, when my other items were in it. I really didnât put that much in it,either. The items wouldnât even go to the bottom of the purse, so unfortunately, I wasnât able to use it.I wasnât able to return it by the deadline, due to an unexpected hospitalization. Consequently, I am stuck with a beige/taupe,stiff, rigid, unusable purse.I normally buy a number of items from Amazon, that I am pleased with, but doubt that I will ever try to buy a purse,again. I also bought two other purses, with a somewhat similar situation. Now I am stuck with three,brand new, attractive purses, that are unusable for me, due to different issues, where the descriptions & dimensions were not as advertised.Add: Previously, I had purchased two, other purses, that I was very pleased with, and still use them, intermittently.

I like the overall look of this bag and the many, many pockets it has. I also appreciate the short and long straps that come with it. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but the one gripe I have with (ALL) bags recently is that the back zipper pocket is always zippered in the wrong direction for me. I hate that... Took a star off for being smaller than expected and the "wrong" direction of the back zipper.

I looked forever for a purse that was leather, medium sized and had outer pockets. Also wanted a short strap to wear on my shoulder. This purse has a short strap and a long one that can be changed. It has a hobo look but can sit up on its own when you add contents. I bought the matching wallet from this company. I am very picky and I really like this purse.

The purse itself is nice, however, it's NOT grey!! I was so disappointed... I've been looking for a grey leather purse and just loved the light grey in the photo. I should have listened to the other reviews that said the colour was off in the purple one

Not as large as in advert. Zips clunky and hard to use as pattern is not well aligned.
