I bought this bag directly from Amazon and I love it! The size is perfect for those who are looking for a bag that won't overwhelm them. The design is simple, but unique at the same time. I like the side charm in the zipper of the bag, which gives this subtle bag a little bit of extra character. The color goes with absolutely anything; the primary reason I purchased the bag in walnut. Standard shipping was incredibly fast! The estimated arrival date was originally ten days from the purchase date, but I received the bag in three days.

I purchased this in the Stone Tribal Quilt and it's so classy and easily transitions from casual to dress. I really love the look of this purse and the leather feels great. The light interior allows one to see whats where. My Note 5 stuck up about 1/2" above the cell pocket, which is not enough to worry me.Unfortunately the round braided strap bites into my shoulder. This would probably not be an issue in sweater weather, but I wanted something for summer, when I tend to go sleevless. Regrettably then, I will be returning it. If only it had a flat strap (sigh)

This bag holds everything I need, but is not so big that it ends up heavy because it is carrying too much extra. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, so finding a bag that works for me is hard. I have been carrying around a wristlet for the last year, but I needed a little more room. I would describe this bag as a smaller, medium sized shoulder bag. It is light weight and simple enough go with everything, but still cute. I am 5'4 and it sits close to the body, between in the shoulder and waist and the strap stays put when walking around.
A must-have unless you like to carry a lot of junk (I don't)

Man, I just love this style purse. I'd get it in about 3 different colors if my budget could take it! I love the color, the texture and softness of the leather, and the size is just about perfect for my about-towning. I have kind of a big wallet, but it takes my wallet, my glasses case, and a few other little odds and ends. Then my tissues, pens, and lipsticks/lip balms fit tidily into the elastic slip pockets, and the zipper pocket holds more personal items. My one complaint is that I wish the slip pocket on the outside back were just a *little* bit deeper. That's where I keep my cellphone, and if I'm not careful, it slides out really easily when I bend over. But otherwise, it's my favorite purse.

I bought this in black for my birthday and it's now my favorite purse. The leather is soft and I just love the look of the bag! The single shoulder strap is comfortable and the clasps for the strap are super cute. Having a comfortable single shoulder strap is a must for me and this one is great.Inside, it has two small pockets on one side of the lining; there is a 6 inch wide zippered pocket on the other side of the lining that is deep. The interior is just the right for my wallet, a book a few other things. The top also zips across, which is a plus for me.It has two exterior pockets; one is stitched and one is zippered. My phone fits perfectly in the stitched exterior pocket and my keys in the other.I'll definitely be buying another in a different color, but the exterior stitching on the black is my favorite.

This bag seems too small for me and it wears a little high up under the arm. I also don't want to wear it on my arm all the time, but on my shoulder more often. It felt good with one strap and being rounded, that was nice. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs, so I'm a petite (ish) woman and was hoping this would be the right fit. It reminded me of a child's purse. I returned for a different design. Saks bags are well made for the price range but this one wasn't for me.

Finally, I bought a purse that is just the right size and with the right length strap for wearing over the shoulder. Although it's leather, it isn't awfully heavy, it holds my checkbook-style wallet, my phone and keys, and miscellaneous other 'junk" I can't seem to do without. The leather looks quite nice and I like that the bag zips completely shut. It holds all I want to carry (because I don't like a heavy, stuffed bag) and doesn't become too heavy. The temptation with a larger bag is to use it like a tote bag and then it weighs a ton. If you like a compact bag, this may be it for you.

Very poor quality compared to other "The Sak" purses

This is the 3rd "The Sak" item I have purchased, and I'm wondering if this one is a knock-off. I paid full price, but the quality is really poor compared to others Sak items. The leather is a lower quality and feels odd. It's very shiny in the sunlight. The zipper is really cheap, not at all like my last Sak purse: It's rough, it wasn't sewn on correctly, and it feels like it's going to break soon. It's very difficult and awkward to zip and unzip the purse. Unfortunately I took the tag off the purse today and started using it; otherwise I would return it.
