Leather was NOT in a $75 condition

I have a store bought Lucky Shoulder bag in a different color that I got on sale at Dillard's. The description said it had cosmetic flaws. I don't consider rough, not anywhere near soft leather a cosmetic flaw. The condition of this used bag should have been reflected in the description and a much lower price than 75+. Not happy with it at all.
Is this the right bag??

I received my Lucky brand Patti shoulder bag, and am a little confused. It has large pockets on each side of the bag, and the dimensions don't match up. Is this the right bag? Its an ok bag, but I am disappointed at the inaccurate description. Still thinking on if I should send it back or not
