Lots of compliments but strap issue

I get soooo many compliments on my green one. It's a good size with good pockets inside. However, one of the handles detaches from the metal pieces where the handle attach and because of this that area has bent and split some. The handle is still on and I'm still using the purse. I didn't return because for the price I didn't expect much better. Really overall I think it looks pretty high end.
