Really disappointed

Really disappointed , on the picture it has long straps but when it comes it just short and the long stap is missing, even you can’t put on shoulder properly, and I returned with the other things in one box but you guys get it at the same time and laid about it , and don’t want to give me my money back, so sad but trust me we guys will pay for it for this , laid and make customer filling bad .

Crossbody strap not included

I loved the bag but it didn't come with the long strap as advertised in the pictures. I noticed there were mixed reviews, some received the strap and others did not, so I took a chance and ordered it. Unfortunately, I did not receive the longer crossbody strap, so I returned the bag.

Love the blush color & size of the purse, however, in the description it says "Handle, Adjustable/Removable Crossbody Strap" I did not recieve the crossbody strap which is why I gave 4 stars.
