Perfect in every way except one tiny *thing!

So I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, I haven't really gone out because of the shelter in place rule, but I live in a really big place in a community with others. If I wear a dress or leggins, what to do with my phone? I love this thing. It is the perfect size for a few cards and a bit of cash. Even a tube of lipstick and coins can fit nicely. It's sleek, not bulky at all. The phone view section is usable for the most part when it's inside the viewing pocket, but the screen does stick a bit to the plastic when you go to take it out, (I may try powder if it continues to bother me) but that's not the *thing. I wish there were two zipper pulls on each zipper line. Like how (most) back packs are, so that you can keep the zipper pulls at the top to go into the bag without exposing the whole insides of the bag, or you can open from whichever side you choose. But other than that its fine. I like the gold-tone accents and the quality of the bag is good. People have complimented the bag. As others have said the cross body strap is long enough. Al in all this is a good purchase, from what I could tell from my considerable research, this is the best one.
Bigger than expected but not perfect

The bag itself was quite nice. It was bigger than I expected it to be which for me is not a good thing. As a mom of a 2 year old it is hard to carry a diaper bag, work bag, and purse so I wanted something small enough to easily throw in the diaper bag or my work bag. I found the card slots in both areas to be big enough to fit 2 or 3 cards in each slots, however with how far the wallet sections come open seeing and reaching the cards was a bit troublesome. I wear a size 8 ring so my hands are about average to what I can compare too. My LG Premier Pro phone will fit easily with no case but with a toddler and work I need to have a case for safety reasons and popping the case on and off is not an option every time. It will fit tightly with the thin case but getting it in and out is too tough to be convenient. The plastic that allows for phone use to me is a bit flimsy looking when there is no phone in the area (personal preference) but when I did have my phone in the area the touchscreen was workable. I am a plus size woman with a larger chest so I found the full body strap to be a bit short for my preference of cross body wear but it was long enough overall to be usable, the wristlet strap is also a nice feature short but functional. The leather material of the strap and the bag are a good quality and the stitching is neatly done and even in appearance I appreciate that there is not a big logo or any embellishment on the bag simple and clean. The gold hardware is a nice even tone and does not feel cheap and easy to break with use of changing straps and both straps can be attached at the same time. The small front pocket is a very nice feature with putting in small cosmetics (chapstick and cash and coins). I was planning to put my keys in this area as there is not a specific outside loop to hook them to because the pocket is to small for my key fob. I ended up putting them on the strap with a carabiner so as not to overload the purse but this places extra weight on the straps and not sure how they will hold up. Over all I would give the bag a 4.5 out of 5 stars but no half stars can be given. This purse is perfect size to fit my I phone xs max plus leaves me many spots for all the little things I want to take on a shopping trip I can wear it crossbody , and be secure especially when out an about on the holidays. No chance Iâll accidentally set it down somewhere . I chose the deep navy blue and it looks great with my jeans .

Well packed. Color looks nice! There are also many packages and card holders inside, enough for use. Two shoulder chains are included, the long one is adjustable and long enough! Love it.
Not optimal in design but serves purpose well

I brought this wallet on my trip to Rome, Italy as I wanted a small walk around bag that could fit passport, small purse and cellphone. The bag is good for carrying around these things but I found the design was less than optimal. Perhaps design can be improved by putting zippers along top of purse rather than fully going round. This is a small criticism. The purse mostly served it's purpose especially in respect of the modest price.
Loved it for about five minutes.

Loved it for about five minutes. Nice looking and very roomie.Does not work for facial recognition, but that wasnât a deal breaker. Also was hard getting phone in and out of the phone pouch, because the plastic on the pouch would stick to the phone screen, that I could live with too. But, when the zipper slide got stuck under the fold of the purse and slid completely off, I had to return it after cutting it open to get my things out.So disappointed, because I really love the concept!Update July 21I am updating this review and giving it a four star instead of two, not because Iâve change my mind on any of the things I previously wrote, but because of the customer service. They have been excellent, they took my purchase back without any problems and I received an very nice email from them.
