Beautiful bag, had to have it!!! Unfortunately one of the handels feel off in several months. Thanks to my handy husband he was able to fix I.T for me.

This purse was exactly the color I was trying to find. It is sturdy and well made. It is bigger than I thought, but otherwise, very attractive.There is a shoulder strap if you prefer.

I got the bag for my wife. It was delivered 3/15/18. The handle strap broke 4/27/18. It has been a little over a month. It is unfair that i am unable to at least exchange it for another one. We are very disappointed in the product. Customers beware.

Poor quality, wore it for the first time and one of the handle busted; had to throw it in the bin because it would cost me twice what i paid for it to courier it back...... so disappointed.
Beautiful Bag But Cheaply Made

So unfortunate, I received numerous compliments on this bag and after only three months of moderate usage the handle began to unravel; not to mention the bottom is falling apart. Like, I said it been three months so Iâm outside the return window or I would have sent it back.

I had the purse for one month and the brackets holding the handling on has come off and is missing so there is no way of putting it back on. It says that my window of time has pass to return so guess I am just out of luck. I am so bummed because I loved the purse. It should last longer than a month.
