Not really fluffy. I thought it would have a thicker layering of feathers, so I was a bit disappointed when I saw it in person. Moderate shedding with use. Will fit your cellphone depending on the size, but not much else or its hard to close. I learned that the hard way when my purse contents came spilling out after it opened by itself...
