I LOVE THIS BAG

I LOVE THIS BAG! I was so excited when my bag arrived (<48 hours after I ordered it!). It was packed/wrapped so securely, and arrived without any imperfections. The bag is true to its description. The leather is smooth and has a nice sheen to it. The zippers are sturdy - and I like the dual zippers on the two larger pockets. The middle pocket, with the magnetic clasp - is perfect for quick storage (e.g. keys, receipts, or even the cross-body strap). I don't typically set my purse on the floor, but the metal feet are a great feature to ensure the bottom of the bag stays clean. I purchased the black purse, and was delighted to discover a dark chocolate interior.I am a fan of the structured look. This bag has clean lines. It looks sophisticated and classy. If you prefer softer, hobo-style bags, this is not the bag for you. It is a large enough to hold all of my belongings neatly (incl. a tablet, wallet, 2 phones, cosmetic case, sunglasses case, keys, crayons for my daughter, etc.), without me having to worry about the items wearing bulges into the leather.In my opinion, the bag is not unusually heavy. However, I do carry a lot of stuff and I'm used to a heavier purse. The cross-body strap is great because it allows me to free up my hands when I need to - it's also adjustable, with 5 holes.This is my first Heshe bag. I was wary of purchasing something that I couldn't touch, practice-wear around my shoulder, zip/unzip, test pack all of my stuff into, etc. - not to mention, it's an "off" brand. But, this bag is good quality for a low price, especially compared to some ridiculously-priced name-brand handbags (some of which I also own). All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and plan on purchasing other Heshe styles.

I LOVE this bag. I am prone to more designer bags but needed something more practical for my 13' Mac book pro. This can accommodate my Mac and my girly essentials. I love the color and it looks more expensive than the price. Because of the design of the bag (the top being more narrow) I did have to stretch the leather to fit my Mac which has a protective shell. I took rubbing alcohol on a cloth and rubbed the areas that needed to stretch. This trick works for shoes too! Now my Mac fits nice and snug. It does overlap the snap on the bag making the snap unusable.
Just fix the handle!

Perfect until the leather around the handle started coming off 3 months later. I superglued it but it came off again. I wanted a fall color because I loved the size, organization, and special touches, but I cannot recommend it anymore at this price.Update 9/17/16I was contacted by the seller to make amends for the broken handles. Customer service is important to me so I upgraded the review from 3 stars to 4 stars. I do plan on getting the handles fixed because I like everything else about it. I attached the long strap so I can continue to carry it. I am considering purchasing my fall color because I like the bag overall.
Zipper broke - company refunded half

I really liked this handbag until the zipper on the front pocket broke. I only have had this bag a month.Update - the company refunded half the cost of the bag. They were a bit pushy about me changing my rating. If they would have immediately offered an apology plus refund from the start I would have given a higher rating. Also, the person (Wendy) writing the emails was not well educated in English grammar, which added to the confusion.

I have a good report--and a comment. First, this is a beautiful handbag. The crafting on it is excellent. Wonderful workmanship. I'm proud to own it. Second, the color goes with pretty much everything in my wardrobe.Third, it's a tremendous value.Fourth, as a person in sales, I LOVE the fact that I can put in a complete presentation file folder in the zipper section and some product in the middle, and not have to carry a briefcase.Okay, now, here's the one BUT. I was actually thinking about returning it because it is VERY HEAVY--close to 2 pounds empty. That may not sound much, but put all your essentials in and it can become an exercise program (I exaggerate). So, forewarned is forearmed. If you can handle the extra weight and the added convenience of it balances out that one negative, this is an awesome purse at an awesome price.
