My daughter used this bag for her trip to Europe. She loved it!! She still uses it, in lieu of her purse. It's a great size - not too big, but large enough to fit your wallet, sunglasses, and essentials. It also looks great with casual outfits, as well as nicer ones. Great quality, as well. I was worried the material would seem cheap and the overall bag would be flimsy, but all the zippers and snaps did what they were supposed to with tons of travel - air, bus, shuttles, tours, walking, shopping, etc - and the bag was still in perfect condition. Highly recommend. PS the attached photo is my daughter in France. For reference, she is only 5ft tall.

Cant complain for this price. It is a bit smaller than expected... probably because i am not as petit as models in pic. but it is super roomy inside that holds a lot. There was some strange smell but with a few drops of lavender essent oil it is fine. I had to do some DIY to change the chain to the other side. The straps need rubber band to make the loop not too big. But overall based on the $20 price tag. no complaints. In fact, Just placed order for 1 more in another color.

I really wanted to enjoy and love this bag; however the product I received looks like it has been used. Like a previous review stated the hardware came scratched up and the item looks as it has been used. I had high hope that it was a one time mistake as many other customers raved about their bag. I would like to note I ordered the same color as the previous reviewer that said her bags hardware was scratched up. In my opinion twice is more than a coincidence. I will be returning this item.

Okay, just received the bag, no complaints worth note yet. I will say however that the lining, especially in the back zipper, feels almost like tissue paper. So beware of that. Also the photos make it look like this bag's front zippers are full blown pockets but they aren't. They're just extra zippers. You could possibly fit one pencil inside these front...areas, but nothing more. It does look nice though, I got it in black and the richly gold accents make the bag look fancier than it actually is. Had some minor snafus with zippers getting a taaaaaad stuck so new careful. Worth it though; ever since I saw a pink version at Target I knew I had to have it in black.

I bought this because it could go from an over the shoulder bag to a backpack which was perfect for me as a nanny, running around looking after kids. The first few weeks I had this it was great. Very functional and cute. However, I'm giving it 3 stars for two reasons. First, I immediately noticed when I opened the package that the natural blue color of the faux leather material showed through the seams. I figured a sharpie could fix this so I didn't mind until this week when the second issue with this bag arrived...it's falling apart! The buttons on the bottom which provide standing support are falling out and the pockets on the inside are already starting to sag. The zippers are having difficulty closing so I don't even use them anymore. The shape of the bag itself has changed as well. It is lopsided now. I would expect this kind of wear after several months to a year - not less than 4 weeks. It's cute while it lasts, but I will have to get a better quality bag asap.

This Crossbody Backpack Purse was delivered on 7/16/2018, it is now 8/24/2018 and it is almost unusable it is falling apart so bad. After two weeks I noticed a large hole in the back zippered pocket. Things would fall through and get lost. Then just the other day I noticed the rubber edging peeling off one of the bottom corners. I am not rough at all on my purses, it is either sitting on my desk at work or on a surface in my home. I normally end up swapping purses because I either get tired of the one I have or because it's so dirty and I don't feel like cleaning it, and normally spend around the same price I purchased this bag for.This purse is cute and the backpack style is super convenient. It helps distribute weight better, so it is better on your back, not to mention not having it fall down on your arm when trying to carry multiple things. But I had hoped to get more than a month out of it. I will find another brand.

The quality of this bag is so good for the price!! It is a nice Chloe bag dupe. I got the toupee color and love it. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the original one I ordered had some white glue stuff on the inside so I had to ship it back and exchange it. Amazon is so good with that so the replacement came quickly, but just kind of annoying.
