Great multifunction bag, but looks awkward for petite lady

I purchased this bag on mid-May 2018 using Prime so it arrived in 2 days. Several things about itPRO(+) Great quality material. Fabric is thick, zippers are sturdy, not flimsy at all. Strap is thick and comfortable on the shoulder. The bag looks and feels well-made.(+) Several compartments to neatly organize your belongings. Perfect for traveling.(+) It's convenient how you can transform it into a backpack, making it highly practical when you need to be handsfree.(+) It's huge and fits a LOT!!CONS(-) Too big for my frame. I'm 5'2" and it's just too large of a handbag for me. It looks okay as a backpack but it sits awkwardly on my body when I use it as handbag.(-) It's a little difficult to turn it into a backpack. You can't just do it immediately. You have to put it down, adjust the length of the side straps, tuck in the middle strap, and carefully navigate your arms to fit into the strap.(-) I bought this in Khaki, and the color is noticable darker than the listing.I ended up returning the bag because it swallows my frame completely. My husband said it looks ridiculous on me lol. But do not let it deter you from purchasing this bag. It will definitely work well on ladies who are taller than me. Overall it's a great multifunction bag, but doesn't work on petite frame.

Years ago I had a convertible backpack very much like this one and I was in love. I searched far and wide for something, anything, that was similar- and here it is! I bought many other convertible bags through the years, but they all required you to unhook and rehook straps. With this bag all that is needed to change bag types is the way you grab the straps. They slide quickly and easily making my life so much less complicated. I recently went to a museum where backpacks needed to be worn on the front or carried by hand, but all I needed to do was grab my bag from the top to turn it into a shoulder bag. No need for me to pull over to the side and futz around while my group leaves.I am known to over-pack purses, luggage, candy bags, etc. and this bag has been able to handle it all. I'm very pleased.The only reason I was contemplative over getting this bag was because I wanted something a little more pizzazz, but I didn't let that stop me from purchasing it. I added a little scarf on the side, just to add a little flair and now I'm even more happy.

Two of my friends have asked me where did I get my purse LOL! Iâm a new mom and this bag is perfect , when Iâm with baby I use it as a backpack and when itâs just me itâs a purse . The fabric is durable and easy to clean . I also like the straps they are super comfy
Stylish Multifunctional Bag

Really worked well for me during my travels. A multifunctional bag that doubles as a purse and a backpack! Itâs also much more stylish that your typical âbackpackâ. The canvas makes it very easy to just wipe off if anything gets dirty. Also has four small zipper pockets to store little things. I finally found my new travel bag!

Great bag! Used it for a trip, and could put SLR camera, an extra lens, water bottle, and umbrella, along with normal purse stuff. Even my husband was impressed. Material was able to keep stuff inside dry during a light rain. Loved the extra outside pockets.

I was considering sending this back as I was looking for more of a soft smaller backpack, like a musette. The only issue I have with this purse/bag is that when you try to use it as a backpack you pretty much need another person to help you on with it as the straps are not fixed. When you slide one arm in it pulls the strap so tight on the other side that you can't get your other arm in. Also, the top fixed strap is worthless and does get in the way. The adjustable strap can be used in place of the fixed strap. Soooooo, I cut off the fixed strap and can feed the adjustable strap through the two top buckles. It didn't cure my issue with it as a backpack but it can be used cross body, as a shoulder bag (adjustable to any length), and also a backpack if you can navigate the strap issue. I never used a backpack as a kid so am a little awkward. I think with some practice the backpack issue will improve. Otherwise, this is a great bag, good size for a woman or man (I'm 5'4" and it isn't too big and my husband is 5'9" and it works well for him too). Very very well made, the color (dark gray) is really nice, and all the storage areas are helpful. The canvas is heavy, but flexible. Will use it on the plane instead of my regular over the should bulky purse and my little cross body wallet, and then will be able to use it to take a little hike, go the beach, carry some groceries. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 due to the backpack issue. (I think I could use 2 alligator clips to pinch the straps in place when using it as a backpack). I may revisit this review after my vacation.

I was having some difficulty updating my previous review so I deleted it. I originally gave this product 2 stars due to receiving a used bag however, I was contacted directly by the store to resolve the situation. I really appreciate the customer service I received and will definitely buy from this seller again! The bag itself is perfect for a commuter. I'm 5'6" so the dimensions are just right for me. I love the fact that it converts into a book bag.

Be careful when purchasing this bag! If it is empty, it will hang just as shown in the photo. But if you put anything in it, it will sag like crazy. I could not use it as a crossbody bag because of this.Also, if you return it, you wonât get a full refund. They will charge you $7 for shipping. â¹ï¸
