Poor Quality Bag

The bag was nice looking when I gifted it to my daughter for Christmas. When she used it for the first the strap broke , causing the items inside to fall on the church floor. She and her husband tried to repair the strap, without any success. This bag is poor workmanship, and quality. Amazon was kind enough to refund my payment, without any hassle.Thank you Amazon for your help with this purchase.

Broke After a Month

I loved this bag when I got it on October 29th. I’ve had this bag for literally a little over a month now am the strap literally broke, and my bag wasn’t even heavy. I’m disappointed because I did love it.
