The Jodie is just the right size

I have two of this style of purse, the Jodie by Dakine. They are just the right size, not too big but it is possible to even slip a book (not TOO big a book, but still...) inside. The purse is not bulky, rather it is slim, and has an outside pocket (kind of IN the side) and an inside pocket to help keep organized. The patterns of these purses change, and this pattern was gone at the Dakine website, but I found it by just searching Dakine Jodie. Oh, I should say that I also like how the shoulder strap is not too wide and easily changes from longer for over the shoulder to "double" for carrying when you don't want it over your shoulder.

I have been looking for a light weight summer purse for weeks. This brand is new to me, but I read good reviews, so I gave it a chance. The fabric I would have liked, was not in stock, but this turquoise one is very cute. I like that handy side zipper pocket. The shoulder strap is on the skimpy side, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I love this bag. Medium size but holds a lot. The shape is slim and rides close to your body.
