NicNice bag, but smaller and less rugged tban I expected

The bag's color and many pockets were what attracted me to it. Further, the dimensions stated would also accommodate my laptop. But the bag is not rectangular, it's a trapazoid - the top is smaller than the bottom. So, no laptop.The many pockets looked handy, but they were all quite shallow. So, the place you thought you could put your passport became a place to put your lipstick or pen.I liked the price as well. But when we rushed to catch a train, I quickly tried to zip my bag. The pull and slider came off. I was sad.
Offensive Odor

Terrible odor. The bag is cute, but smaller than expected and pockets are quite shallow. The odor is the worst thing, though. When I unzipped the main compartment, I smelled a horrible odor. I put the purse on the enclosed front porch and placed two charcoal odor eaters inside, then left the top zipper open. By the next day, the purse, odor eaters, and porch interior all had the same weird smell. Tonight I have it hanging outside with the lining exposed hoping to air it out enough to use it. Never smelled anything quite like it. I've ordered other purses from Amazon and been pleased, but this experience is a huge disappointment.

Purchased about 2 weeks ago and already the zipper is broken and one of the straps came off. It's pretty but much smaller than I thought.
many pockets

I have been using this bag for several weeks and overall it is a pretty good purchase. I purchased this bag is because my fabric longchamp handbag does not have pockets. I found this alternative handbag with features such as light and many pockets. The color is good and the fabric is nice and sturdy. I really like that this bag has many pockets to store my miscellaneous stuff so I do not need to dig into my longchamp for small items. One thing worth noting is that this bag cannot fit 14-inch laptop because the opening is a little bit smaller. 13-inch laptops or any iPad would fit perfectly though.

Though a beautiful and very well made bag, it seems a lot smaller than the dimensions pictured. As you can see, I ordered it to be a nursing bag and I cannot even lay my paper folder in it sideways (so it is lying down not sticking out the top of the bag). The pockets are sturdy though small, they hardly fit a regular bottle of water without some shoving. Other than that, it's a wonderful purchase, just wish it was bigger as I had bought it to replace a tote bag I had to fit everything I needed for nursing school... Not sure how this could be qualified as a weekender bag since I am pretty sure a pair of scrubs with a pair of shoes would more than fill this bag up!

I love the color, the feel and sturdiness of the bag. Several compartments to store stuff but not too many so junk just collects in there.I would have given a 5 star review except for one thing... the side clips for the shoulder strap are extremely cheaply made and PLASTIC. They have a metallic coating on them to make it seem as if they are metal, but they are not. Two bags have randomly broken now. The first bag, Amazon replaced, the second, not wanting to go through the hassle and have it possibly break again, I bought some key ring clasps and threaded them through after simply cutting the plastic pieces off. That worked. Overall, I love the bag but would have loved it even more without the hassle of the clasps breaking.

Most women have a "shopping disease" for shoes, clothes, etc. Mine is purses. Mind you I only have 4 or 5 at any given time because I give them away (hence the constant need to shop, right?) but since my dog ate my last one, I was in need of a medium to slightly larger purse. I love red and haven't had any that color in years so I got this one. And boy, is it red. Again tho, no issue. The snap pocket on the front that looks like it might carry a cell phone, etc.? That's my problem. It will not stay snapped. The flap has never been bent down and the magnet is just too weak to hold it. Because of this I can't use that pocket for anything and the flap that keeps opening keeps getting caught on things (like door jambs, etc) as I walk. I really like the purse, it feels water resistant which is kind of nice for a change. I just wish they could do something with that one pocket.
Strap broke

**Edited Update: I still love this, however, the strap broke today a d I haven't even had it a full week yet..Bigger than I expected and totally worth it! This holds everything I need. Works as my portable office/diaper bag. Won't fit my laptop but I'm good with that, holds all of my notebooks and personal items with room to spare. Love the variety and quantity of pockets! Sturdy enough to hold everything I fill it with which is A LOT! Im considering buying another one!
