Sequins and beads already falling off straight out of the shipping box

I would have given this 5 stars because it is a beautiful bag. I just took it out of the shipping box and a few sequins fell out, under further inspection I noticed that the beading/sequins on the bottom are missing, threads broken. Also you can see the white pattern used to place the beads. I'm really disappointed that a brand new bag is already falling apart.

As Mother of the Bride, I couldn't resist buying this for myself after searching for a formal wedding purse for my daughter. Because I chose the blue with the antique look of gaslight beads I plan to use it beyond the wedding for special, if not formal, occasions. It's gorgeous! The inside lining is of a thick material that looks expensive - as does the whole purse. I'm really happy over this find!
