The bag looks nice, it's bigger than I expected. I returned it and the reason was because it didn't come with the shoulder strap to use it as a crossbody.
Too expensive- strap hardware not durable.

Loved this tote bag, but the strap broke way too soon for this price. Now, I can only use the bag by the handles. I am very disappointed. Look elsewhere if you need a durable shoulder bag.

I wish it had "feet" on the bottom to protect the bag underneath...other than that, I love it!
