Not a good buy.....cheap quality

I purchased this item in September but just wore these shoes for the first time on Nov.20th to a concert. As soon as I stepped out of my car the heel broke. What a mess, it was cold and I couldn't go back home to change shoes because i would have missed the concert. I tried returning but my return window had closed. This is not a good buy.

This pair of shoes are great! Despite the fact that are a "Medium Width," they fit my feet perfectly and they are pretty comfortable, but I only wear my shoes on carpet. I would highly recommend these shoes for anyone to purchase.

Even though I read a lot of reviews that said these had a wide fit, I have to disagree. My feet are slim, and there were tight, where I didn’t want them to be. They were also incredibly uncomfortable. Sending these back.

I did not believe this was the quality of a Nine West product.First the soles were rubber!My 7.5 pair each fit different...One was very wide and one was very narrow. So I purchased a larger pair...size 8. These were smaller and narrower than the 7.5 pair!EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED...

Very pleased with shoe. I found the shoe to be very comfortable. I had to stand up for two hours straight and my feet remained comfortable.
