Beautiful Black Bag

This handbag is beautiful. I ordered it in black and it looks very dressy with the gold tone trim. The leather is so soft and supple and I can smell no unpleasant oder. It holds my wallet, cell phone, and make up bag nicely without being over stuffed. I think it's an excellent value for the $. If I were forced to find one negative it would be the width of the strap, mine measures just shy of 1 1/25" I think that's a bit wide especially for a smaller person. It works for me, I am a 5'1" plus size woman but I will either wear this as a cross body (and believe me the strap has ample length even for me) or I will wear it as a handbag with the strap pulled all the way in, so the strap width doesn't matter to me. .

I purchased this purse because it said it was leather, and while some reviewers say it is, it is not. There is a little leather flap inside that is genuine, but the purse is not! Bummer. That said, I really like the purse, it is the perfect size, and the color is great. The strap is well secured, so that's not a problem, but did I want a leather purse?? Yes..yes I did. I'll keep it, and I should know better that a real leather purse would be more expensive...lesson learned. Buy it if you don't really care if it's genuine leather.
Not leather and other oddities

This bag is not genuine leather! It is vinyl of some sort. It has shoddy sewing on the handle attachments. Also, the entire bottom is embossed. I was not expecting that. Where the material is single layer, the edges are painted with vinyl edge paint. There is one flap inside the bag that is real leather. When I unpacked it there was an odor and the bag was sticky feeling. If you want a FAKE leather bag it might be ok. It's small to medium sized. If you have a phone that's 6 inches I doubt that it will fit in the back pocket. I have an LG G7 and couldnt get it in either the front or back pocket. The gold hardware have different markings than the name of the bag and from each other.

The purse is cute, but most assuredly not genuine leather as stated. The only leather is a small useless flap inside. That IS real leather. I guess you get what you pay for, however, I would not have paid $26 for this plastic purse. And, the small flap of actual leather sewn inside stinks. This was false advertising at the very least and fraud by some estimates. I do realize that the price was low for genuine leather, but this was a relatively small, flat purse.

The purse is quite nice and a medium size which is what I like. However, the colors are not accurate. I ordered a dark grey. It is not dark grey. It is a brown/burgundy color. There was no brown listed. I would never have ordered brown.

Solid strap would be better. It is too easy to get your arm between the adjustment section, especially when in a hurry. I ordered dark grey and although it is a nice color (dark reddish brown), it is definitely not grey by any measure.
